We travelled to Singapore and Malaysia through TripMila. They customised package as per our needs. It was great and hassle free experience. Everything went smooth and as planned with great coordinatio (Read More)n. They are available for any minor issue/concern. Overall it was very nice trip with family and kids. Had a pathetic experience for my booking. These people reached out to me via travel triangle and kept me in dark till the very last moment about the cruise timings in Singapore. Made me pay the bookin (Read More)g amount in a hurry and when I found out about the risks, they were not ready to acknowledge their mistakes. Ultimately I had to bear the losses for cancellation charges as the booked itinerary was not feasible. Please book with them at your own risk. As a customer we expect all minor and major details to be shared with us prior to the booking. Update :- Now that I posted an honest review, I was called up by the owner and literally screamed at because of posting a negative review. Have the guts to own up your mistakes. Even you had mentioned about call recordings from your end over email. What happened to those? After my horrible experience I doubt if at all any of the reviews are genuine. You cannot just call up someone on personal number and scold them for writing facts. Thats the most unprofessional act ever.
