I would like to thank Mr. Piyush for providing a descent itinerary, catered to my requests. We were also given an amazing travel guide, a local Mr. Bhuvan, who enthusiastically travelled with us as ou (Read More)r driver also. However, I would like to inform that our first point of contact Mr. Ram Pandey, who was provided to us at Nepal GAVE US FALSE INFORMATION ABOUT THE INR TO NEPALI CURRENCY CONVERSION CHARGES WHICH LED TO HIGH AMOUNT OF INCONVENIENCE TO US WHILE PURCHASING CERTAIN SOUVENIRS, ARTIFACTS OR EVEN BASIC NECESSITIES LIKE SNACKS OR LUNCH. WE TRIED TO CONTACT HIM TO RECTIFY OUR ISSUE BUT TO OUR DISMAY, HE JUST IGNORED US, WHICH WAS FRANKLY LITTLE ALARMING AND INCONVENIENT IN A FOREIGN LAND. MY ADVICE TO ALL THOSE READING THIS REVIEW IS TO FIND OUT WHAT EXACTLY THE SELLERS ACCEPT THERE FOR FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS AND THEN ONLY GET YOUR CURRENCY CONVERTED TO THE LOCAL CURRENCY. EVEN THE AIRPORT HERE DOES NOT CONVERT INR CURRENCY, HENCE PLEASE ALSO DO YOUR RESEARCH RATHER THAN BLINDLY TRUSTING ANYBODY IN THESE MATTERS. THE HOTEL STAYS ESPECIALLY AT LUMBINI, HAD A HOPELESS RECEPTION, FOOD WAS NOT UPTO THE MARK, NO PROPER HOT WATER & MOST IMPORTANTLY IT WAS QUITE FAR FROM THE MAIN ATTRACTION OF LUMBINI, FOLLOWED BY OUR HOTEL STAY AT KATHMANDU WHICH HAD IMPROPER VENTILATED ROOMS, NO FANS, JUST ACs..etc. OUR HOTEL STAY AT CHITWAN HOWEVER WAS FANTASTIC, WITH AMAZING AMBIENCE, DELICIOUS FOOD AND A POLITE RECEPTION AREA.. Just because of the inconveniences stated above I have given just 3 stars or else it was a 5 for sure. WOULD LIKE TO MENTION AGAIN TO PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BY ASKING ALL THE LOCALS WHAT CHARHES THEY ACCEPT FOR INR TO NEPALI CURRENCY CONVERSIONS, WHETHER THEY ACCEPT INR CURRENCY OR NOT, ETC AMD THEN ONLY TALE A DECISION IN GETTINGYOIR MONEY CONVERTED OR ELSE, JUST LIKE US YOU WILL FACE FINANCIAL LOSS WITH NO CHANCES OF RECOVERY….!

We had a really amazing Nepal trip with Tripeizer. Would particularly mention about Piyush here, who was extremely helpful and proactive in chalking out a customized itinerary for us. All the arrangem (Read More)ents were meticulously planned and executed - from food to rooms (centrally located with great views) to transport to sight-seeing. Would definitely consider for my future travel plans.

I recently returned from a trip to Nepal, which was expertly arranged by Tripeizer. From the moment I first spoke with Mr. Piyush, our first point of contact, I knew we were in good hands.
Throughout (Read More) the trip, we stayed in two fantastic hotels, Hotel Royal Suite and Hotel Kunja. At Hotel Royal Suite, the chef cooked us some delicious meals that were specially tailored to our preferences. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel Kunja was equally impressive, with stunning views and excellent amenities.
Our driver, Ravi, was fantastic and made sure we saw all the sights on our itinerary. Mr. Ram Pandey also kept in touch with us regularly to ensure everything was going smoothly.
Overall, Tripeizer went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. They took care of every detail, and their excellent customer service made all the difference. I highly recommend Tripeizer to anyone planning a trip to Nepal. Thank you again to Mr. Piyush and the entire team at Tripeizer for making our trip so special !

Had travelled to Andamaan recently on a trip arranged by Avinash in Tripizer. Most part of the planning was good as per our requirements but following thins could have been improved:
1. We had tavelle (Read More)d in ferry 3 times, same ferry was booked for all 3 times & always got seats on lower part of the ferry. Atleast once it should have been on 1st floor
2. In Andamaan all hotels have checkout time of 8AM, and our return flight was at 2:30 PM, arrangements were not made accordingly, neither communicated to us. better planning should have been done .
They have found a new way to cheat the customers, one of there employee by name Avinash he take care of the packages before finalizing he ask for advance of XYZ amount by saying it's a refundable, sup (Read More)pose if your trip is cancelled Avinash won't pick your call or msg you back one by name Sumit will get in touch after follow ups they say it's a non refundable. Please be aware of the fraud company
It was overall a good experience traveling to Singapore. Avinash from Tripeizer has made the tour plan as per our requirements. However there are some more attractions which are must watch which we bo (Read More)oked on our own. It is a genuine travel agency which provides plan as per your needs. There is one miscommunication between them and their Singapore team because of that we missed to visit one attraction. Apart from that all is well.
