A memorable trip to Bhutan
It was a trip planned by me with 2 of my friends, a "Ladies Trip" to Bhutan. It was first time outside India and safety was our 1st concern. Mr. Nitesh and his team from trip Trova arranged the itiner (Read More)ary so well that our forthcoming trip will also be in their hands. We are extremely happy with their arrangements, their guide Mr. Thinley Tee and driver Mr. KinZang. It was undoubtedly a.memorable.trip for all the 3 of us.

Fantastic trip for 8 nights, 9 days in Bhutan with Trip Trova
We have travelled so many places with various travel agent inside and outside India in the past but undoubtedly this is our best trip ever with Trip Trova. This is the first time, we have chosen Trip (Read More)Trova and have interacted with Mr. Nitesh, the owner of Trip Trova. He is very prompt, polite and accommodative. He has customized 9 days and 8 nights tour for two of us all in 3 star hotels, with an excellent guide (Mr. Ugyen) and friendly, efficient driver (Mr. Sangey). The complete tour was flawless without a single hiccup at any point. All the hotels were excellent, food was superb, the service and behavior of both the guide and the driver was awesome.
We will be looking forward to have many more trips with Trip Trova in near future and will be happy to interact with Mr. Nitesh.
I will recommend Trip Trova to everybody who wants to visit Bhutan in reasonable cost with maximum comfort.

Now the best part is the guys (yugen and Tahrir)who was driving and g (Read More)uiding us all through Bhutan was awsome.yugen and Tshrin you rock guys.these Guys were very entertaining. Apart from the side seing we went for archery and met with the local people.tested homemade food,seen their culture and I must say it was a fabulous trip.
So guys if you are planing for a trip to bhutan then contact Nitesh and ask for yugen and Tshrin (guides).You will definitely have a memorable trip

My trip to bhutan got cancelled due to restriction by Bhutan govt on tourists due to Covid19. I paid Rs 5000 as advance . Inspite of being informed 1 week prior to my travel date trip Tova refused to (Read More)refund the money. All hotel bookings in Bhutan refunded even though many were nonrefundible bookings. They not even given any acknowledgement receipt for advance payment. I had asked for adjastment in case of rescheduling the trip, they refused saying its not in their policy.

I have been planning trip to Buthan to visit paro, thimpu and punaka for a week in the month of December last week, though it was holiday season, Trip trova agency helped me to schedule my customized (Read More)trip beautifully with very affordable budget, I would like to thank and appreciate Mr Nitesh for his efforts and time taken for helping in explaining the practicality of scheduling the itinerary of the trip.
However it's so disappointing to cancel the trip to due to personal reasons, the refund procedure was smooth and quick as communicated initially.
I would highly recommend trip trova to people who would like to cherish their trip in beautiful places.

Standard of hotel should be improved, otherwise service was good ,hotels at phuntsoling and thimpu were good but hotel of other places was not good ,located far from city

I took a tour for Bhutan from 2-8 October with my husband.I contacted many tour operators but I liked Nitesh's behaviour so much. He arranged my tour so nicely in affordable price with good hotels and (Read More) nice car with supportive driver Yonten. Very satisfied with their services.I am really happy as I choose him over other options.

जब मैंने भूटान भ्रमण के लिए अपने परिवार एवं मित्र की फैमिली के साथ प्रोग्राम बनाया तो कई ट्रैवलर एजेंट से बात हुई लेकिन जब नितेश भाई जो ट्रिप ट्रोवा को संचालित करते हैं से बात हुई तो इनका फ्रेंडली बिह (Read More)ेवियर बहुत अच्छा लगा एवं कम बजट में अच्छा होटल एवं एक अच्छी गाड़ी भूटानी ड्राइवर के साथ उपलब्ध कराई , जिसने मुझे रास्ते भर वहां के जो भी दर्शनीय स्थल हम लोगों ने देखें के बारे में सारी जानकारी दी और ड्राइवर के साथ-साथ एक अच्छे गाइड का भी रोल अदा किया रास्ते में जब भी हमने नितेश भाई से बात करनी चाही तो उन्होंने अपनेपन के साथ बात की और सही जानकारी उपलब्ध कराई वह मदद की। इमीग्रेशन का कार्य उन्होंने अच्छे से कराया इससे हमें कोई परेशानी नहीं हुई उनका व्यवहार बहुत अच्छा रहा अगर भविष्य में मैं फिर कभी उस तरफ का घूमने का प्रोग्राम बनाऊंगा तो अवश्य नितेश भाई से संपर्क करूंगा और मैं उनके उज्जवल भविष्य एवं सफल जीवन की कामना करता हूं

I have recently visited Bhutan in Aug'18. Since this was a long planned trip with my family and friends, my prior concern was a good travel operator within an affordable budget. Have reviewed lots of (Read More)other agencies before finalizing a deal with Trip Trova. And honestly, they haven't disappointed me at all. After seeing the previous reviews, I was little concern about my trip first, but have found them very friendly and supportive. They have even suggested and added some additional tour plans in our itinerary without extra charges. More ever, would like to give special thanks to the person assisting us throughout the tour, for his friendly behavior and cooperation... Thanks UT... Looking forward for my next travel plan with you guys.....
Pathetic service, pathetic experience
Trip Trova and Nitesh are very unprofessional, and does not stick to their commitment at all. They are pathetic in providing service. Their service is so bad, that people should lose trust on any (Read More)Indian tour agency making Bhutan tour. The places present in itinerary will not be covered too.
We will suggest no one should make any tour through Trip Trova. Any unprofessional, and bad service, bad experience related word applies to them.

Pathetic service from Trip Trova. Nitesh is very unprofessional. I prefer every one not to go with trip trova otherwise you ruin your trip. Nitesh will not deliver services whatsoever you asked for. H (Read More)e acts as just agent, not a tourism provider and concerned about only his payment. After receiving payment, he doesn't respond. He even forgets about the services he mentioned in email or over call. We ruined our Bhutan trip and anyone going through Trip Trova will ruin their trip too.
Please don't believe a single word of Nitesh and anyone from Trip Trova.
