They booked good Hotels for me and we enjoyed a lot with Trawell Holidays. They are very good and understanding peoples. We will certainly prefer in future Holidays and also like to refer my Friends.

Excellent Tour
My friends from Canada attended my wedding in Kerala in Feb'17 and they wanted to see more of Kerala, so I reach out to Shihab at TraWell after being referred via a family friend. Shihab was very prof (Read More)essional and prompt with his replies and arranged a 7day/7night tour covering Munnar, Kumarakom, Kovalam, and Kanyakumari. They picked up and dropped off my friends in Cochin. Even after a year my friends cannot stop raving about how amazing the trip was. From the sightseeing to the accommodation at each destination, to the food they ate during the trip, everything was beyond expectation.
In addition they also felt very safe (Shihab asured me the safety as they were 4 girls travelling by themselves). Shihab made the effort to phone them every night during the tour to ensure everything is going well and to know if they had any concerns. I look forward to going on tours with TraWell in the future and have already recommended them to many family and friends. Thank you Shihab for making the tour so memorable!

Hotels were not very good up to the budget....Few hotels were very good..But few were very cheap.... Hope they improve.. Thanks.....

very bad experience with transport. Hotels and house boat are not upto mark. collected all the money before later no response.

It was just okey..few things could have been better such as car arrangement and the company should have been street smart..for local travel!

Low quality service

They provided apartment type hotel in ooty and taken 3* hotel rates.
Also driver doesnt understand either english and hindi. It was very difficult to talk with him.
Driver takes 1000 rs for ver (Read More)y small crash to his vehical. The mistake was not mine.
