What's Good: Nothing at all
What's Not Good: They mentioned our booking is canceled before few hours to fly. And we ended up with cancellation of all our flights and everything. No t (Read More)rip at all. Now our money is with them, they are nit picking up my call no revert to emails they only raised our refund but no further process is happening, not a single rupee they paid back as a refund.

What's Good: Itinerary for first 2 days were flawless
What's Not Good: Communication - they didn't share the hotel voucher before I fly. For last few days they didn't take calls, sel (Read More)dom responded in WhatsApp saying they're checking. Finally before checkin day, they said booking is declined. I had to compromise to settle in a hotel with less standard and no view. The hotel didn't have any arrangements for food. And since then they've stopped taking calls. No progress on refund of money.

What's Not Good: I paid them token amount and cancelled the trip the same day due to unavoidable circumstances.
Then after following for a week they mailed me that I will get redund within 3 (Read More)0 working days that means almost 2 months.
By what means are you holding my money for this long that too when I informed the same day. Its too frustrating.
They dont have a customer service number. No one picks up the call once you cancel. I would have planned so many more trips in future with them. Now I would neither visit TravelYatree nor Holidify ever

Writing this review after months and months of following up. I had a Maldives trip with them for which they collected refundable TCS from me and till date they ar (Read More)e either ignoring my emails or calls or just bluffing around.
I have taken another trip from them and asked them to balance the TCS amount in Bali package but they dint, they gave me email saying that be assured your refund will be provided but now they are just playing around. I have referred other couple during Maldives trip but they refunded them TCS but they dint refund for me.
For Bali package, in a nutshell they gave dreamy vacation itinerary with very well planned and all view points included details. Just the day when I land in Bali, i received a local package with almost 50% of the itinerary changed and view points removed.
And no response from any of the travel agent. No support i got from them . They take entire package money in 2 months advance showing a different and detailed itinerary but the actual itinerary that they provided was very limited and very cheaper local package which felt like a scam. Even the local driver said that I cannot help because I have been asked to follow this local package and its business scam and many travellers have complained about this. HIGHLY UNRELIABLE TRAVEL AGENT

Very bad experience with Travel Yatree. They could neither arrange booking nor refunded my initial deposit. Deepender Kumar and Suraj from Travel Yatree assured me refund but later on stopped taking m (Read More)y calls. Very inefficient and unprofessional approach.
