Nothing at all
They mentioned our booking is canceled before few hours to fly. And we ended up with cancellation of all our flights and everything. No trip at all. Now our money is with them, they are nit picking up my call no revert to emails they only raised our refund but no further process is happening, not a single rupee they paid back as a refund.

Itinerary for first 2 days were flawless
Communication - they didn't share the hotel voucher before I fly. For last few days they didn't take calls, seldom responded in WhatsApp saying they're checking. Finally before checkin day, they said booking is declined. I had to compromise to settle in a hotel with less standard and no view. The hotel didn't have any arrangements for food. And since then they've stopped taking calls. No progress (Read More) on refund of money.

I paid them token amount and cancelled the trip the same day due to unavoidable circumstances. Then after following for a week they mailed me that I will get redund within 30 working days that means almost 2 months. By what means are you holding my money for this long that too when I informed the same day. Its too frustrating. They dont have a customer service number. No one picks up the c (Read More)all once you cancel. I would have planned so many more trips in future with them. Now I would neither visit TravelYatree nor Holidify ever

Reservation of package was very smooth. Suggestions were very good by Abhishek. They did not give water villa as expected. They say travel agent only is responsible. If I would have booked direct the (Read More)y give with villa number it seems. I strongly recommend to contact resort directly avoiding agent.
