What's Not Good: I had horrible experience with your agent. They spoiled my money,time,happiness etc I booked for Rannotsava (Read More), Dhordo tent city in December but they booked for January. When I pointed out this, it was too late, could not book for December, finally booked in Dholavira tent city. All along they gave me an impression that Dhordo and Dholavira are same. Two nights they booked in Kutir Resort in rural area, 80km away from Bhuj, I have to travel 300km to visit Mandvi. I had to tell them to book a hotel in Bhuj. Their charges are very high compared with other travel operators

We went to char dham Yatra with this company and it was the worst that can anyone get
The main candidate of this were mehek , Sachin and the driver they provide Sanjay all of these were so pathetic and once the full payment were received to them they just acted like they just don't hav (Read More)e any responsibility or accountability towards the clients, the driver they provided used to be drunk most of the time and said words like as soon as you all will get into the bus I'll throw you all in the mountains or I'll fire up the bus as soon as you get into it used abuse words to the senior citizen in the group, this girl mehek gave the worst experience that whenever there's a problem or any communication needed she simply said that it's not our responsibility it's your terms with driver, while booking package they told that breakfast will be included in all 9 days with them not a single day breakfast was received, even dinner was so bad people use to take charge of it on own and before leaving everything was said in so sweet way that they'll do everything if any problem came , I'll just recommend you all not to book any package from this company

I went to them to plan my 4 day trip to rameshwaram, madurai, trichy..
Instead of asking for normal range hotels.. They intentionally booked higher priced rooms in hotels which might be giving them (Read More)more cut..
There was hassle in the trip as the vendor was continuously asking to pay full money at start of trip..
And the worst part after the trip when I asked them for bill which was pre discussed at start of trip They didn't gave me that for almost 15 days that too after continuation follow-up.. The staff They have is pathetic.. Because of which I had to pay money from my side even I had to claim LTC...
After the trip They were not even picking up the phone and not responding...I won't recommend to book your travel from here...

I had booked customized Kumayun tour through them. They took 50% of money and told rest 50% to pay to hotels and driver. They kept us always in tension about payment break up and behaved roughly when (Read More)asked. All balance were paid before last destination. As I suffered an accident I could not go to Jim Corbet,

Worst experience ever
The agent provided the itinerary and collected the booking amount to his account. Then he forwarded the trip to a local company. Worst part is that the hotels they provided were just like dormitory wi (Read More)th zero hospitality. Not at all fruitful when I talked to him. No care has been taken off.

Awesome 2 Dham Vacation package with Travel Namaste India
Travel Namaste India is an independent organization that conducts package tours across India. I took a "2 dham" package (Kedarnath dham & Badrinath dham) from them and that was fit to my budget. This (Read More) includes transportation (I took Ertiga for my four member family for better comfort), hotels with breakfast & dinner on each day and toll tax / entry fees. I was in touch Mr. Pranav Ojha, manager of the organization. He was very cooperative and helpful. He took care of all my needs throughout my trips. I had to change my plans in my package for some unavoidable reasons and he made all alternative arrangements without any extra charges. The hotels they have tied up were also cleaned, nice and provide homely vegetarian foods. I have been delighted to have a very pleasant tour with my family and it would have not been possible without the support of Mr. Ojha. I would encourage everyone to trust this organization if you are planning for package tours especially at Uttarakhand.

Worst experience ever. Priya would respond to our messages/calls but she wouldn't do anything or help us. They didn't even give us the drivers number or hotel contact details, they would give us only (Read More)when we force them. They arranged worst rooms services, only in badrinath it was very nice room and the hotel incharge person was really good(Ananth palace). After trekking of kedarnath, hotel guy was not responding to our calls and priya yelled at us asking us to wait.. When we all were already tired from the trek.To return back to delhi from rishikesh we asked them(priya) to book cab for 8:30am and the cab came at 11:30, we waited for 3 hrs because of their lack of coordination. Finally Sudhir(manager) arranged the car. Our sardarji driver was really good.It was the worst experience with Namaste India. Priya is really rude and doesn't know how to talk.Please don't fall in this trap. Don't waste your time and money on these people

The worst experience ever had.
Priya who had organised the complete chardham had 0 knowledge about the places as well we were scheduled only for two dhams( kedarnath and badrinath) and another 2 dham (Read More)s were not at all scheduled. She had sent us some common plan list and the rooms vouture. There was no proper plan for each and every day. She was very rude without knowing the circumstances which we used to face on road jams. Instead she used to shout on us for not being on time to the rooms. And she complained that we were not co- operative. She dint even have any contacts of driver as well. Very irresponsible.
The driver ( Jayvardhan) dint even know the locations and at the end we checked in Google and guided him with the places. Also multiple times he used to drive in wrong places and took reverse to proper one. We came to see the places and was totally dependent on him but he had no idea regarding that. In ghat section, he used to drive in 100 speed which was very dangerous. Parents were scared of that. And when we had reached the place, when we contacted him he used to not at all receive our call.
There is no need to write so much as it is already done. But going forward who ever take this package should be aware of all these. Also it would be better to schedule the 6 days with proper plan.
Never travel or book with Travel Namaste India
Very bad transportation and accommodation. The bus driver was very rude and the agents didn't pick calls or respond to messages when we wanted to report for bad accommodation or rude behaviour of the (Read More)driver. They display something in the itinerary while serve something else. None of the hotels were same as they mentioned in the itinerary. With the cold weather, there was no proper hot water availability either. They also don't cover the additional spots that they mention in the itinerary and when asked, the driver responds very rudely and straightaway that he won't take us there. All the people including travel agents, travel organizer and Sitaaram travels who provided the pathetic bus services are involved together in this. Please donot travel through Travel namaste India / Piligrim packages / Sitaaram Travels
4Dam Yatra
We booked our 4Dam yatra trip 10N/11D through Miss Priya Mam of Travel Namaste India. We found her as an excellent coordinator. With her best experience she has well planned our trip and organized it (Read More)very carefully and peacefully. New car provided with a very good driver Mr Rahul who has cared us as his parents. I wish Miss Priya beti for grand success in her life.
I also take this opportunity to express my thanks to Mr Vinod ji for providing good hotels and arranging helicopter tickets for Kedarnath Darshan.

A fragment of Dev Bhoomi darshan
It was my first trip to Dev Bhoomi and i was in the dark on how to set up an itinerary for 6 days. I looked on the internet and tried to get quotes and itinerary from different agencies. Found the bes (Read More)t offer and well rounded itinerary from Travel Namaste India.
My trip was handled by Miss Priya who showed utmost care and thorough professionalism in chalking out the itinerary. Names and phone number of Hotels, car driver were shared beforehand. Car Model, exclusions and inclusions, places where we would visit on respective days were also specifically explained beforehand so that there is no miscommunication during the trip. Also, a GST receipt will be given on completion of the trip for the total payment made.
Only con i can find is that 2/3 hotels didn't have wifi. But it was compensated with the magnificent view from our hotels.
Would totally recommend this tour agency however would personally suggest to always run your doubt with the person in charge of handling your trip. Please ask every tiny question u might have in your mind beforehand (however foolish it might seem) so that there is no dissension during the trip.

We had an amazing Chardham yatra in May 2022. We had availed services of Mr Vinod Negi ji from Travel Namaste. With his superb knowledge of this places, he had arranged our schedule which was not tire (Read More)some and relaxing in this entire 12 days of yatra. He was also checking with us on the route and sharing updates on the routes etc. I would strongly recommend to avail services from Travel Namste.
He also helped us to arrange Vaishnov devi yatra as well.

Mixed reactions
We booked through Travel Namaste India for Chardham Yatra after seeing good reviews. But unfortunately we booked it through one Ms Priya who is unfit to be even a clerk in travel agency leave alone oc (Read More)cupying the position of Sr Business development Manager - Domestic & International. She is having the most unprofessional and shameful attitude who blocked our phone calls once we started informing her the problems. She never answered any of our queries throughout our tour of 9 days. On the starting day of the tour, she neither gave us the contact details of the driver nor gave the correct location. When no travellers were present in the place mentioned by her, we tried to contact her but her phone was switched off. Fortunately, through the website we found out Mr Vinod Negi number and he only helped us throughout our 9 das of tours. It's shameful that the organization is having in their rolls employees like Priya who harassed us a lot, never gave proper relevant information and gave wrong information about the place we need to wait. But for Mr Vinod Negi, we would have missed out the yatra. The driver of the vehicle is really good and very very safe driver. In some places, the rooms they are booking based on number of beds without considering the families (our group is 13 members but 6 families but they booked 5 rooms ). However after talking to Mr Vinod Negi, the problem was sorted out. So if you want to choose Travel Namaste India - NEVER BOOK THROUGH PRIYA who will leave you high and dry once you made the full payments. She doesn't even have the basic manners, courtesy and decency of receiving the calls or replying to messages once the money is received. I hope the Travel Namaste India take action against her unprofessional and shameful behaviour towards the customers. Person like Mr Vinod Negi really helped the customers and make the goodwill of the company high.

The trip was for 9 days arranged by Ms Priya,and was wonderful, maintaining schedule.the driver,Mr Pankaj was young and energetic.The hotels provided spectacular window scenes. Dinner was perfect but (Read More)breakfast at some places not adequate. The location of hotels needs to be forwarded in advance as network problem occours. Altogether more worthy than the money paid

I had booked Char Dham Yatra with Travel Namaste for 10 People. Mr.Vinod Negi planned all trip for us. It was good experience. Daywise planning is perfect. Hotel Rooms are good and clean. Food was ok. (Read More) Hotel choices could be better at some places. All over trip was ok. Communication between agent and driver is missing because of that we irritated a lot and we missed some places. So before going on trip ask them to inform their driver that which places they promise us in package. Other than this all trip is good

Chardham yatra
We two sr.citizens did chardham yatra and faced lot of tension, pressure,bad behavior and bad handling of staff. We did not get any thing promised in tour program and all proved to be false. No good t (Read More)ransport ,promised tempo traveller and provided minibus very bad condition. All hotels provided were of very low standard no facilities even hot water not provided in the evening. Driver ,cleaner behavior were rude and no help in luggage handling. Operation head , Vinod and Sales Priya behavior were very rude. They were not picking up our phones and not helped during crises. Overall very poor arrangement and no facilities
Chardham Darshan
It was such a great arrangements done by Mr. Vinod Negi(Travel Namaste India). Also traveller driver made a great decision to go temple on time, so that we made a darshan with great time.

Very poor service from Travel Namaste India.
Trip to Char Dham, Badrinath, Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath
I had booked Chardham yatra from Travel Namaste India in May 2019. They take follow up only till you confirm booking and pay advance amount, afterwards they don't care for you. The tempo traveller pro (Read More)vided to us was of poor quality and driver was very rude. I have also booked two Helicopter tickets for Kedarnathji, paid the full amount in advance and i was assured that i got the tickets at Guptkashi. But during the tour just one day before to Kedarnath, they refused to provide the tickets and leave us helpless. We faced many problems. This is a bogus travel agency.
Irresponsible and pathetic arrangements
Trying to contact Mr Vinod from the very first day of the tour but still completed the tour 10 days back he has not answered even a single call... His partner has ample excuses ready... During the tou (Read More)r all the hotels suggested were very very low in standard... Pls don't trust them and spoil ur holiday.
Unprofessional and irresponsible
We booked Sikkim package through Travel Namaste India. They were very kind when we sent the query and we have deposited the advance. But after that, We only had to take the follow up to have the confi (Read More)rmation for everything. We kept sending them reminders, made calls but there were always a delay and improper response from them.
Saurabh, who set our itinerary was unaware about the places. We somehow found the no. of his senior Vinod Rawat and spoke to him but he was again an irresponsible person. He said that Saurabh is new in company and don't know much about and he (Vinod) would be the one points of contact for us in cases of emergency. I called him up 4 days before and he said will call me back but till date when our trip also ended today, we didn't hear him.
There was no coordination between travel agent and drivers who have come. In our 8 days of trip, we met with 5 drivers who were completely blank about hotels & itinerary. Though, we asked for 1 driver and assured that it will happen but it didn't. We asked for Innova as preference but got to know by transporter that he was not informed about it.
We will never recommend anyone to book through travel namaste India..they are unprofessional, irresponsible, unreachable, only know that how to take booking and chase customers for money.
However, will appreciate the service of local Sikkim transport coordinator "Bir Tamang" who was very supportive throughout the stay
