Trip to Pattaya, Bangkok, Thailand

The personal taxi arrangement throughout the trip was convenient and comfortable. The hotel room in Bangkok was good, and we were satisfied with the accommodation provided there.
Pattaya Hotel Room: The room allotted to us in Pattaya appeared old and poorly maintained. Some of the lights were not functioning. Unlike what we had expected, there was no bathtub and no sit-out area. Mr. Saurav acknowledged that the room should be upgraded, but unfortunately, no action was taken. Non-Halal Complimentary Breakfast in Bangkok: The breakfast provided by the Bangkok hotel did no (Read More)t include halal options. This caused inconvenience, as we had to arrange breakfast outside the hotel every day. Lack of Water Facilities in Bathrooms: The bathrooms did not have a faucet or water gun (hand bidet), which can be uncomfortable for many travellers, especially those accustomed to such facilities for hygiene purposes. Unexpected Waiting Charges: On the last day, the driver asked us to pay 200 Baht as waiting charges because we were delayed by approximately 35 minutes. We had not been informed in advance about any such additional charges. Since the hotel breakfast was not halal, we had to go outside for breakfast. Had we been clearly informed about waiting charges beforehand, we would have planned our schedule accordingly. Poor Support During Temple Visit in Pattaya: During the Pattaya temple tour, we were denied entry despite being dressed modestly with our bodies fully covered. We were unable to understand the monk's explanation due to the language barrier. When we contacted the tour operator for assistance, the call was disconnected. We received a callback after about 15 minutes and were then asked to send photographs and details of the temple. By that time, we had already moved 2–3 kilometres away from the location. We expected more timely support in such situations. Overall Feedback: While the transportation arrangements and Bangkok accommodation were satisfactory, we felt that the customer support and responsiveness of the tour organisers were lacking when assistance was genuinely needed. Most communication was limited to sharing taxi timings, vehicle numbers, and follow-up calls to ensure we boarded the taxi on time. We believe that better coordination, proactive communication regarding additional charges, and prompt support during unexpected situations would significantly improve the overall customer experience.

I like initial behavior of Mr Jas. later he showed his character and cruel nature In one sentence, They took our money, time, happiness & emotion. They spoiled our whole trip as we did not able to go Indonesia even after paid whole trip amount 1 month back; i gave our passport details 2 months back of DOJ for tickets ,hotels & sightseeing, and they booked everything blindly without seeing my daug (Read More)hter passport validity < 6 months. he was so hurry to get money in advance, such a way he forgot his responsibility ; ultimately we had a exit from gate of international airport ,Bengaluru; Indigo person asked us who is your traveller? how can he does this blender mistake? They didn't refund what they promised initially and at end we faced mr jas's inhuman and cruel behavior over phone. he always refused to give mobile no. and email id of owner. i saw in many poor reviews, main issue were refund. even he refused to replay that same destination in december after many request. its difficult to meet his as we r from North East of India. very pathetic experience we had..

We cross checked in your case y (Read More)our doughter passport valtidy is expire time of finlization of your bali trip pdf file we mentioned also passport valtidy more than 6 month during travel date . our executive informed all norms visa on arrival rules and checklist also shared. Bangalore airline staff denied to becouse you did not renew your doughter passport.

Regarding refund for flight ticket round trip our team refunded already and land package amount as per canellation policy.

If you ask for full amount for refund not possible and shift to other dates becouse of your trip under cancelation policy.

Our team has given refund as per cancellation policies no due pending our side.

Trip to Dubai

Actually it was our first Tour plan with Travelmark Holidays.......... I can say it was as it is promised,,, We all enjoyed the trip, the activities scuba diving, rides at ski dubai, Burj Khalifa experience was amazing and memorable,,, kids wanted to thank on behalf them too and they will call Mr Yash personally to thank Atlantis the palm stay was a great memories for our family, the water (Read More)rides and lost of chambers, and the Cuisine at hotel was just amazing,,, Thank you very much Yash for providing such a fantastic holiday plan
