Horrible, nasty, scandalous, shameful, experiences
I like initial behavior of Mr Jas. later he showed his character and cruel nature
In one sentence, They took our money, time, happiness & emotion. They spoiled our whole trip as we did not able to go (Read More) Indonesia even after paid whole trip amount 1 month back; i gave our passport details 2 months back of DOJ for tickets ,hotels & sightseeing, and they booked everything blindly without seeing my daughter passport validity < 6 months. he was so hurry to get money in advance, such a way he forgot his responsibility ; ultimately we had a exit from gate of international airport ,Bengaluru; Indigo person asked us who is your traveller? how can he does this blender mistake? They didn't refund what they promised initially and at end we faced mr jas's inhuman and cruel behavior over phone. he always refused to give mobile no. and email id of owner. i saw in many poor reviews, main issue were refund. even he refused to replay that same destination in december after many request. its difficult to meet his as we r from North East of India. very pathetic experience we had..

We cross checked in your case y (Read More)our doughter passport valtidy is expire time of finlization of your bali trip pdf file we mentioned also passport valtidy more than 6 month during travel date . our executive informed all norms visa on arrival rules and checklist also shared. Bangalore airline staff denied to becouse you did not renew your doughter passport.
Regarding refund for flight ticket round trip our team refunded already and land package amount as per canellation policy.
If you ask for full amount for refund not possible and shift to other dates becouse of your trip under cancelation policy.
Our team has given refund as per cancellation policies no due pending our side.

Travel Mark Holidays has been deeply disappointing.
Booking a trip with Travel Mark Holidays for our Dubai vacation turned out to be an extremely frustrating experience. From the outset, we encountered communication problems and unfulfilled promises.
(Read More)We booked a package with Travel Mark Holidays, and initially, everything seemed promising. However, our experience quickly deteriorated when we were informed by Mr. Yash that tickets for a key attraction, the future museum, had been canceled. While disappointments can happen, what truly frustrated us was the lack of accountability and communication from the agency.
Despite assurances of a refund for the canceled tickets, neither Mr. Yash nor any other representative from Travel Mark Holidays responded to our attempts to contact them. Calls went unanswered, and messages were ignored, leaving us feeling completely abandoned and without recourse.
This lack of responsiveness is completely unacceptable for a travel agency, especially when dealing with issues affecting the enjoyment and financial investment of their clients' vacations.
Our experience with Travel Mark Holidays has been deeply disappointing. The lack of communication and failure to address our concerns regarding the canceled tickets have left us dissatisfied and frustrated. We would caution others against booking with this agency unless significant improvements are made in their customer service and accountability.
Yet to receive after 3 month of travel

We had visited Dubai and they cancelled tickets for future museum and told us they will refund but it’s been 3 months now they haven’t provided the refund. After posting review we were told it’s pendi (Read More)ng with Dubai team once they send we will be refunded but it’s non of our responsibility if they haven’t refunded the responsibility should be taken by you as we had paid you. It’s not 1k it’s 17-18k which is big amount for me. Lack of responsibility they don’t even pick out call or respond to message.

First Foreign trip
It was very nice and memorable experience we had with Travel Mark Holidays on our first foreign trip. Multiple times we went trip with in India with the same Travel Mark and the experience was good (Read More)but not sure about out side country, but now I can say that the facility they give to us out side country is as good as they give with in the country trip or every more great. We did not fell anything we lost , it was completely covered and felt like we are at home country, Good facilities , transportation services, Hotel was very good . Well managed to cover many places in available time . Value for Money . My entire family is happy with all the Trips and tours we have gone with this travel Agency, I have already suggested this to many of my friends and relative. We done with this guys Thailand trip 9 days back . we made plan for 8 night for as per discussion with yash and jaspreet singh.both are very help and guide us about u visit there one time need to cove (Read More)r all . So after long conversation we trip for 8 nights phuket krabi pattaya and bangkok.We were 7 members.
There local guide Mr. Sumit Kalyan also very helpful. Help us and guide on single what's up message or call. transport and staff very good.
Need Improve if 8 members traveling so give dinner also at night every price gone same as per discussion only conversion charges of money is apply

Trip to Maldives
Our flight got cancelled at the last moment and we booked another flight ourselves, the cancelled flight amount has been refunded by the airline almost two months ago and travelMark hasn't refunded us (Read More) yet saying they didn't receive from their booking agent. Really don't think they want to return the amount.
