I Have been a Travel Club customer for the last 12 yrs now. I know Vaishnavi since her start up days. She has arranged numerous hassle free tours for me over the years. I reside in Australia and all d (Read More)iscussions happen over the phone. I have never had any issues till date while on a tour. The arrangements, services and convenience is impeccable. The price of Tours offered is reasonable and services provided are excellent. I always get what I ask for. The drivers on the tours are professional and the vehicles are clean and in good condition. She is always reachable and prompt in answering your queries. I can’t remember a thing where I had to call her while on a tour everything happens as per the plan without any issues. Vaishnavi is professional in all her ways and Has a lot of experience in this business. I will highly recommend Vaishnavi for others.
The staff was utterly rude and disrespectful. On several occasions, I was faced with ageist and condescending remarks. Additionally, after several attempts at discussing the details of an issue I e (Read More)ncountered , there was radio silence from the staff.
Absolutely would not recommend.
