Horrible experience.Their sales person to Sri Lanka .They changed iterniary after final payment was made ,few days before the trip .Did not give hotels promised by their sales person before booking th (Read More)e trip .He had promised not to give any other hotel other than the ones we want . They made us pay more money for transfers from hotel to the airport.All in all they troubled a group of senior citizens in foreign land .So be very careful and take everything in writing before booking with Thrillophilia.

Very bad service. They are faceless. Our flight was cancelled and when I sent a mail for help, they said all is fine. Only robots run the site. Disaapointed. Senior citizens book at your own risk. We (Read More)did not know they were going to put us on Europomundo till the very end. We could have booked directly. I found that very conniving.

It was altogether a great experience with thrilophillia. Initially there was communication gap which was resolved when informed. Weather turned around to be unexpected. It was mostly rainy. Hotels wer (Read More)e provided as per needs and the behaviour of the staff and drivers were also good . There was no issue with transfers altogether it was a nice experience .
