It was an amazing japan experience with my wife....we thoroughly enjoyed the itinerary and we also adjusted it based on our preference. The entire team was really helpful even during midnight and post (Read More) midnight. Would definitely recommend this over other providers like make my trip etc which is costlier and does even cover everything

"Overall, the trip went well, but I do feel that certain aspects could have been handled better. Although the support team was available for us, due to network issues and time differences, I was not a (Read More)ble to communicate some of my concerns in time, which unfortunately remained unresolved. One major issue for me was the cab facility being limited only to the planned activities. During our leisure time, if we wanted to explore the city, the lack of transportation became quite frustrating. I understand that the suggestion might be to simply book a cab, but in places like Hazyview our hotel was extremely far from the main city. Cabs were asking for around 250 Rand for short distances. Spending that much repeatedly on cabs did not seem like a practical option. To be honest, we were not very happy with our stay in Hazyview because of this limitation. In Johannesburg as well, we had very little time and again the hotel was located quite far from the city, which created the same transportation issue. This made me wonder why a driver could not have been arranged for the full day, or at least until around 9 PM. Situations like these are important for you to know as well, because these ground-level challenges can affect the overall travel experience and leave travelers feeling slightly dissatisfied. When I raised this concern on one of the WhatsApp chats, I was informed that having a driver available on a leisure day would involve an additional cost. Honestly, hearing this was quite disappointing and frustrating at the moment. That said, I would also like to acknowledge the positive aspects of the trip. The hotels selected were good, Cape Town was absolutely fantastic, and the activities and places included in the itinerary were excellent. The ground staff was also very supportive, and we genuinely enjoyed our rides and interactions with all the drivers. Lastly, I hope that going forward your team will consider these on-ground concerns as well, so that future travelers can have an even smoother and more enjoyable experience. Thank you team!"
