Both the cab Drivers were really good & supportive & in Nubra stay and foos in hotel was good.
I faced huge issue with Food in Srinagar & Kargil at hotel.Food was very average & i shared photo as well to vendor. Also soap , Dental kit & Toilet paper was missing in hotel room. After this when moved to Leh i got very small room which was not up to the mark. Nubra & last Day in Leh stay was good.

DONT TRUST THEM, HALF THE PLACES IN THEIR ITINERARY ARE SHUT WHEN YOU GO, THEY DONT ASSIGN LOCAL HIMACHALI CABS AND DRIVERS AND INSTEAD GIVE YOU RUDE AND ILL-MANNERED DRIVERS FROM PUNJAB WHO RUN AWAY IN MIDDLE OF NIGHT LEAVING YOU STRANDED AT HOTEL WANT MONEY IN ADVANCE AS SOON AS YOU START YOUR TOUR, THREATEN THE TOURIST IF YOU DON'T DO AA TH (Read More)EY SAY
I booked a Himachal tour with this people from 21st to 29th june, they made an extensive list of attractions and sold their package.
1st day driver came to pick us up from Delhi airport and demanded we pay him 15000 (out of total cab package of 36000 Navigators were to give him) i paid and next day he took us for Shimla sightseeing starting at kufri where the Indira tourist park, mini zoo and Hip Hip hurray amusement park which were part of our itinerary for Sunday were already closed. Driver dropped us a Km away from the Nature park i had my mother with me who's a senior citizen and my 9 month old kid. The driver told us cars Don't go beyond a point and we started walking and realised all tourist cars were coming to that point. I had to argue with the Driver who was mannerless and kept using cuss words repeatedly inspite of multiple warnings not to do so. As we went forward he started dictating our trip and said we should not eat breakfast from our hotel(which i had already paid for)the next day and leave by 8 am.
Next day he was already angry aa we had breakfast from hotel and started taunting us in his rude tone i couldn't deal with his unnecessary sarcasm towards us for not following his orders and complained to Navigators, they agreed to change the Driver and left the responsibility of finding a new driver on the current rude driver whom i had complained against. He found a new driver and a completely Drug addict looking punk weighing 50 kgs came with his cab woth private number plate (PB43-G4209) he took over for rest of our tour. he was a sweet talking scamster and took 150000 (of the remaining 21000) for the cab and vanished in the middle of the night with my money, headphones worth 6000 and a blanket given to him by hotel. Surprisingly the Navigators did not have any information about this driver like his License, Aadhar number etc. they raised their hands and started blaming the first driver who had assigned him as his replacement. I was made to pay extra for the cab from Dharmashala to Dalhousie as they said Cab budget is already exhausted as the driver ran away at night with 15000. Then they came up with the most unexpected blunder and said they'll assign the same Driver from first day against whom i had complained and there's no scope of discussion about it. That was it, I cancelled the remaining of my tour with them immediately and then they started threatening me saying we are not responsible for what happens to you after this. I had to manage rest of my tour myself and managed to finish it in a better way.

Navigator booked shimla hotel and dalhousie hotel was not good no hygiene no staff available at hotel ,and also they made package wrongly they added worthless some places which was not completed in our 8 days tour plan ..when I asked about the jwalamukhi place they can denied but they added for in 8 days..but reality is we can not complete jwalamukhi temple in 8 days trip.and also driver behavior (Read More)was rude in whole trip.

All the places.
Though the hotels were good, they differed from what was mentioned in the itinerary. Also, I had to follow up each time to learn the name of the hotel or homestay.

We have booked the trip . However unfortunately we had to cancel it due to war cropped up and affecting in that part of the country.. We have requested for a refund . though the hotels they have booked gave them the credit note , they were not ready to refund the advance which is not acceptable and to our disappointment. Not so good location planning of Hotels...hotels good but rooms without proper view were given most of the time.. Far away hotels.
• Trip to Himachal Pradesh
They are liars, at start they asked for advance, later we got trapped into their sayings, they didn't gave a tour of sisu valley, they did swaps in hotel room without letting us know later they didn't compensate for that. When I said that please return my amount or deduct it from my final payment, they told the driver that if final payment is not made don't move the car.
