What's Not Good: Pathetic Service.... Unexperienced driver who was not knowing about roads and ways he depends on us and asking for watching map...till last moment u people have not shared any (Read More)hotel details..... Third class hotel services....rooms was full of dirtyness a d cockroaches.... Pathetic food served last but not the least u people have created bad memories in our trip ... Poor fellow services... mismatch between expectations and reality.....I will never forget you people wasted my full money....

What's Not Good: Hotel services was average. Geyser was not working in hotel eco grooves, Manali. Neither they provided hot water after repeated request. Food was good in all the hotels and als (Read More)o cooperation from Anjana, from team navigator was also good.But the transportation part was worst coordinated by anurag.Driver( Rohit) was not cooperating and was refusing to take to places even which were included in the package. They were not handling luggages properly, due to which no. Lock of my suitcase got damaged.After changing the driver(rahul), the trip went well and he was cooperative.Overall trip was average. This is a fraud company. They don't deserve even a single star. I travelled through their package in Shimla, Manali & Amritsar from 31st May to 6th June 2025.
They forced me to stay in their own prope (Read More)rty when I reached Shimla, even when I chose other option in well advance and they confirmed my booking there.
In Manali as well, they claim that there own property Eco Groves is best in class but I felt like hostage there. Their management forced me to stay in a standard room while they charged me occupancy of Super Deluxe room. When I argued with management, I felt like I am now a hostage there and I can't help myself. I'll have to stay wherever they want because now I was stuck at new place and they were localites. I resisted to check out because of these issues but then the Manager/Owner said that I'll have to pay entire package amount right away (while I just completed half of the tour) otherwise he won't let me go. They confirmed on whatsapp that they will change the room but they did not. Just last day, I got super deluxe room but I paid super deluxe charge for all three days.
This tour company should always be avoided.
I made a mistake looking at reviews but I want to aware others, Navigators is not right choice for your tour.
Recently I planned a trip with them n their service was so amazing everything was planned so accurately they gave the stay with best views n the food was also so delicious it felt like home n every mo (Read More)rning the hotel staff’s would ask our choice in dinner n breakfast nandani Rajput was available 24*7 when we left for the trip it was very crucial time but they made us sure about everything and the best part was the travelling the driver they gave us was so nice friendly n was familiar with the roads the over all trip was amazing because of the perfect planning looking forward to travel more with them thank u so much for everything.
