I had a terrible experience with this tour agency. We booked a Kashmir tour package from April 21st to 27th, 2025. Due to unforeseen circumstances (an attack in Pahalgam), we were advised to leave Kas (Read More)hmir. However, the agency demanded over 50% of the package amount despite not completing the tour and failing to deliver on their commitments. They forced us to pay 70% of the amount before dropping us off at the railway station. To add to the negligence, they were supposed to drop us at Katra but instead left us at the railway station in Gulmarg without even checking in to ensure our safety. After the drop we took help from rpf officers and reached katra safely. The service was subpar, and their commitments were clearly false. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

Thank you for arranging an amazing trip. The whole trip went very smoothly and we all had our best holiday ever. The trek was the highlight and we had the best guides and the staff at all the lodges w (Read More)ere great. The trip could not have been better.the navigetors tour and travel all employees are very good and given a very good service specially mr. Anurag thakur are such a very good person and guide he will be gives a best. I am happy for this trip and i am also recommend (refer) other people’s friends & family tray to the navigetors for make our trip good, well and so beautiful memories.
