Trip to Nainital

Hotels were good. Food was very good at each hotel.
The taxi driver named Sagar was a great disappoint. He doesn't know basic behaviour & eticate towards the guests. His driving was very rough. Sometimes talking in phone while driving and using foul languages in his telephonic conversation in presence of us. He had no plan of visiting plan for the day in the morning. He didn't knew the routes and always depending upon the Google map. Sometimes aski (Read More)ng me to plan for the day's visit.

Like the driver behaviour and hotel care taker behaviour was also ok.
We were first promised a group tour for ₹7,000 per person. At the last moment, you said the group cancelled, so we had to book as a single package for 4N/5D. But we only got 2 hotel nights and ∼3 days of driver service. The driver was 4–5 hours late every day, and wrong stay locations caused us to waste 20 hours in traffic jams. We didn’t enjoy the trip that much and faced a lot of trouble. Price (Read More)should be very less according to service.

I am Saurabh Makwana from Ahmedabad. We booked our Kashmir trip through Bisma, and it was truly a wonderful experience. All the hotels provided had the best views, and the food was also very good. Our cab driver, Tarifbhai, was excellent. His driving was very smooth and safe, especially in the hilly areas where one might usually feel scared.
