Gujarat tour by Chennai group (Feb 1-11,2024)
We were a group of 12 members from Chennai (all senior citizens) had a tour of Gujarat for 11 days from 1st Feb to 11th February, 2024 utilising the services of Satvahana Travel. We had a very bad exp (Read More)erience with this tour operator from day one.
On day one , the driver didn’t come to the Ahmedabad airport on time. Even after coming to the airport, the driver refused to pick us up from arrival terminal. We all had to walk a long way to the car parking area dragging our luggages.
The vehicle they sent was a hopeless piece of equipment not fit for 11-days of travel. The vehicle AC was not functioning properly. On day one itself, we complained to the Tour Operator to replace the vehicle but they didn’t accept. By just doing some temporary repairs like topping up gas(refrigerant) in the AC system on day-2, they allowed the vehicle to travel out of Ahmedabad throughout Gujarat. From third or fourth day onwards, there was no proper cooling in the vehicle. Despite all our complaints, it fell into the deaf ears of the tour operator.
The vehicle had a big hole near the first row of seats( see the attached photo). Because of this, we had to travel with unbearable noise.
On day-2, we were dropped in a Swami Narayan Mandir by the driver who never returned for more than two and half hours. He was not even answering our calls. Such was the worst behaviour of the driver this tour operator is having. As we said no to this driver, on third day, the driver was changed.
During the last phace of our tour, (8th to 10th days) we had to travel long distances every day. Unfortunately On those three days we were suffering without any AC in the vehicle.
This is the worst travel operator in Gujarat. Despite giving the tour coordinator so many promises like the vehicle is a new one, the driver is good and experienced etc, he sent a useless vehicle and an insensitive driver.
Please take extra care and diligence before booking this tour operator. From our experience, we don’t recommend this tour operator Satvahana Travel for anyone.
Terrible Vehicle
Even though their hotel bookings were ok , they sent very old tempo traveller with gaping holes on the floor without working AC with driver having bad behaviour, had to fight with them to change the d (Read More)river but continued with the same lousy vehicle

I am very glad to say that my experience with Satvahana travels is very nice.....All the arrangements done by them related with hotel bookings & selection, The vehicle & driver (Bhavesh Agrawat) was v (Read More)ery safe and nice. The officer of Travel Shri.Mohit Negi was very co-operative and polite. I am thinking to plan a tour of Vietnam & Combodia with them.....I suggest everybody to go with Satvahana Travels.

Tour to Orissa - Recommend Satvahana Travel
We had Booked Satvahana Travel for a tour to Orissa on peak season of New Year. We were a group of 22 people. Mr. Rohit co-ordinated with us, he understood our requirements in the tour and he was very (Read More) kind to arrange everything accordingly.
Hotel booked were clean in Puri and traveller was very co-operative who was very open to changes.
Our tour was of 3 days and it was hassle free only because of Satvahana Travel.
I will highly recommend them.

yes, these guys r thugs. They have no infra they tie up with some local operators. we have booked one of such for the Gujarat tour. The planning/route itself was wrong. one driver who claims to be a g (Read More)uide also has no clue where u get good food. the most annoying part is this guy was instructed to collect money in instalments, we were travelling from Dwaraka to Ahmedabad this guy asked for money we said will pay once we reach any town to withdraw. but they stopped the vehicle and said paisa milega tho hi gaadi aage jaayegi. right in middle of nowhere. louse operators don't bbok
Scintillating Uttrakhand Trip

went for gujarat tour in the month of November and it was an amazing trip , the driver was very cooperative and professional , the hotels were neat and clean and the breakfast included was also good w (Read More)ith many buffet options available , we covered all the sight seeings mentioned and it was a nice 9 days spent in Gujarat , thanks Satvahana Travel for this amazing experience especially Mr . Rohit who assisted us throughout the tour .

Too bad travelling with satvahana travell in gujrat during dec 2021
I have to given 0 star but I can't given them because there is no option for that
trip started with bhuj and behaviour of driver named ajaj is very bad (means he don't have manner how to talk to the (Read More) people ) and every time of driving he is using phone and whenever we say stop doing this (using mobile during drive) he always abused us in gujrati for this we complaint to satvahana several times but they did not respond that
And last day of tour in our itenary he have to drop us at rajkot airport but he denies to drop in rajkot and satvahana travell do same with us they did not manage our drop at rajkot airport and by this we miss our flight .
Highly recommended not plan tour with SATVAHANA TRAVELL
Very bad service
They just worry about money and you are gone. Cab service is too bad. I have to pay book another cab on last days and need to pay from my pocket.
All in all, complete service is pathetic. Do not wast (Read More)e a single penny by booking trip with them.
Very Bad local support
I just completed my Orissa tour. Local support is very bad. They don't care about what is happening with customers during tour. Only concerned about money on last day. Hotel in Puri was pathetic. Don' (Read More)t recommend to anyone.
Substandard service of Satvahana Travels
Trip to Kutch (Kachchh)
I regret having come to Trip Crafters and Satvahana Travels for my recent travel to Gujarat.
1. They are inflexible.
2. They provide sub standard and cheap lodges in both the places I stayed.
3. H (Read More)ad issues with cab driver and I had to put my foot down and change the driver
4. Toeards the end when I wanted a change for last day and was even ready to pay extra, they just stopped responding.
You should take Satvahana Travels out of your list, if Trip Crafters name should not be damaged.
What is the point in asking for a feedback now, when I didn't get what I wanted during the traveland got poor service. I wouldn't come to you again for my travel needs.
