Safe Hands Travel organised our 10 days trip in Rajahstan. I had excellent contact with Rohit who helped to organise the trip in line with our wishes. We were 14 members of a family and travelled in 2 very comfortable vans. The selected hotels were comfortable and in our budget. The selected guides in Udaipur, Jaipur and Agra were excellent. The assistance provided by the local team (Prikshit) was (Read More) very good, always finding solutions. Our two drivers had a very low level in English that limited exchanges and created sometimes some misunderstanding. Overall I recommend this agency.

I recently went on a memorable trip with Safe Hands Travels through Varanasi, Gaya, Allahabad, and Ayodhya. The trip advisor, Mr. Ankit, did an excellent job of staying in touch and ensuring we were w (Read More)ell taken care of throughout the entire journey. He followed up regularly to check on our well-being and made sure our stays were comfortable and hassle-free. Thanks to the tour guides at each destination, who truly elevated the experience. They were knowledgeable about the history and culture of each place and attentive to our safety and needs. However, I’d like to provide some feedback regarding the driver, Mr. Ashok Ji. During the journey, his attitude was concerning. For example, he suggested how long we should spend at restaurants and instructed the waiter to hurry our meals as we were "rushing." Honestly, we were all on vacation and needed time to relax, so this approach made us uncomfortable. The way the waiter treated us once Mr. Ashok Ji conveyed this was also unpleasant. We also encountered an issue on the last day in Ayodhya when we planned to do some shopping. Although the tour guide had recommended specific places for shopping the day before, Mr. Ashok Ji disregarded this and suggested a small shop instead. He also insisted we take an auto instead of the car, claiming no cars were allowed in the shopping area. This led to a rushed shopping experience, and we ended up going to the airport without having lunch. Most of time, we spend our own money for transport since Mr Ashok ji keep on asking " am I free now" ? I believe it's important to educate drivers on maintaining a respectful attitude towards tourists and adhering to the planned itinerary. Was surprised with safehands handling of the trip. On arrival in Delhi we were picked up accordingly even though the rep.had to wait for a long time for us to clear immigration and finish our dinner i (Read More)n the airport. The hotel was unexpected,it was posh and looked like a 5 star one. In Srinagar we were picked up by amir who was our driver and guide.The hotel in Srinagar was equally good but void of people and looked lonely, maybe because it was not the peak season for tourists. We had awesome time in gulmarg with all of us having a pony ride for the first time , in pahalgham we did not go for the pony ride cause our backs were still sore from the last ride. The best was sonmarg , with it's mesmerising beauty and the first time we experienced the chill at snow point and zero point. We did not bring our jackets since the last two places were not cold. My daughter was excited since she was expecting snow in some places but it was summer. In all we had a wonderful vacation and a big thank you to our driver amir and the safehands team. Hopefully will try to do the simla Manali winter trip one day

Came accross Safehands Travels through a posting on FB and I contacted them stating my interest. I was astonishex with the speed of the replies etc by Bhuvanesh who is one of their Teammates. All arra (Read More)ngements were made through him and I must say from the word go, found him totally reliable! Once we reached Delhi, my family and I had a warm welcome and what was to come for the next 8 to 10 days will remain in our memories for ever! The guide at Ayodhya till Kashi was just so knowledgeable, he was so good, friendly, thoughtful and more than just a guide.. we asked if he could remain with us throughout! The Darshans and the experience at the Prayagraj and Kashi was like a dream come through! All arrangements were immaculate. Despite the fact that I suffered a knee injury and my daughter picked up a bug .. the arrangements made by Safehands trully lived up to their name : we delt in safe hands! All in all we, my wife and 2 daughters just had a glorious trip which we will never ever forget. My wife who was rather reluctant to cone on this trip now says she wants to return! Thanks a million to the team, Rohit and all.. for making our pilgrimage cum holiday a true dream cone true!

I went to Kedarnath and Badrinath recently (July 16 to July 24, 2024). The trip was curated for me on request by Safehands Travel. They curated my itinerary thoughtfully so I get enough time to rest b (Read More)etween two places, they provided me with a clean car and an experienced driver as I was travelling solo, they booked me in choicest of hotels/resorts and above everything else, they were on call 24/7. That was so so assuring especially when I had to wait for 6 hours for the road closure to be removed while I was on my journey from Shonprayag to Badrinath. My plan had to be shifted because the helicopter ride was cancelled due to bad weather. They did it immediately! All efforts were taken to make me feel safe and comfortable as a solo female traveller!! Looking forward to my next trip with Safehands !
