Horrible service. we were traveling in a group (all couples 60 ) in February, they don't follow the itinerary and force to visit places to earn commission, even when the proposed place was dangerous for elderly couples to hike/visit. Further, in Gulmarg, where another vehicle has to be hired for driving in snow, the driver (Jawed) misinformed us about the rates. A passing policeman overheard the s (Read More)ame and informed us about the actual rate which was considerably lower. Upon our booking the vehicles at the standard rates, the driver became extremely angry and throughout the rest of the trip, he was verbally abusive! If we refused going to random shopping place being forced upon us, he would yell at us! He refused to take us to our travel places/hotel on multiple occasions, leading to us ultimately having to hire local taxis all those times. This spoiled our entire trip and our entire time went around in coordinating with the tour company. Harrowing experience for us. Avoid booking at all costs!!!
Kashmir is just amazing. Just finished the trip & landed back home to Mumbai. The arrangements done were smooth & coordinated.
Hotels were well ambient & sumptuous food served across.
Our driver was (Read More) humble and kind hearted, always guided us throughout the trip.

Overall a wonderful place to visit, Kashmir. One of my known friend suggested a name Mr. Sahil which runs tour company which is based in Kashmir, Roamland Holidays. The tour arrangements were wonderfully arranged and driver along with hotels were perfectly fine. Overall a must visit to this place is recommended!
We family of 5 persons (3 adults & 2 kids) planned a trip to Kashmir. Initially we were apprehensive about booking through online but it turned out to be most smooth tour. We came to know local tour (Read More)company in Kashmir ROAMLAND HOLIDAYS. The team especially Mr. Sahil, our tour coordinator & our driver Yasir were most listening & always welcoming our requirements.
Hotels, food, transport all were satisfactory.
We booked 4 Star Hotel Rated Couple Tour package via Voyages Designers and they had partnered with RoamLand Holidays for Kashmir Tour. Nothing was as planned in the Itinerary and Mr. Javed who was our (Read More) driver/guide and transport manager for RoamLand Holiday was very unprofessional and had insulted/harassed us throughout the trip who was using his private white board vehicle as Taxi accompanied by another unauthorised person. Their partner houseboat was the worst without any proper ammenities didn’t even comply the 4 Star Standards.I had to shell out extra money to shift to better hotel. Also never go with the words of Mr.Javed as he would first try to brainwash that goods/services provided at other places are not legit and stated that he would redirect us authentic store which actually is a scam for commission which we declined after we got scammed by the Pony Ride which Mr.Javed had tagged us and left us alone for negotiation. Our Tour Itinerary was shuffled without prior notice and we were rudely dismissed when we confronted Mr.Javed regarding the itinerary, as road to places like ZeroPoint in Sonamarg were closed due to routine maintenance which happens every Friday which should have been known by Mr.Javed who had shuffled our itinerary for his personal commitments. Mr.Javed would ask for extra money to some random lake/places which we had declined as he had not guided us since the day one would leave us alone to explore. We had to end our trip abruptly for our personal safety because of the nature and behaviour of Mr.Javed.
Definitely not a recommended tour and travels for tours after the horifiying experience.

That was nice experience with Roamland.. Stanzin was with us during entire trip .. he guided/supported us very well.. there was a network issue in Srinagar but still Sahil did arrangement very well f (Read More)or us .. thanks to all for everything.
Excellent services provided.. tour was excellent.. well managed.. extra time provided..We were given a very good driver namely Umar...very nice guy.. he helped to manage our whole tour in a very well (Read More)manner..
