I was looking for a family trip with an infant when I came across Plan b travels india through a friend. I contacted them for a Vietnam trip. Bikash from Plan b travels explained the itinerary, costs, (Read More) and flight ticket details. Later, I realized my initial budget assumption was a bit low, so I discussed it with him. He then came up with a new itinerary and suggested a trip to Thailand, covering Phuket and Krabi.
He shared the updated itinerary for the Thailand trip and explained the entire process. It was well-suited for a family with an infant and fit perfectly within our budget. Since it was our first international trip — and with an infant — my wife and I had many questions. We discussed everything with Bikash, including food, transfers, hotels, and places to visit. He patiently answered all our queries in great detail.
After paying the advance amount for the trip, we encountered an issue with receiving our child's passport. Bikash helped us with that too. Once we received the passport, we were all set to go.
At that point, we were introduced to Binay, who supported us with our daily itinerary throughout the trip. He also helped ensure the successful completion of the trip and our safe return.
Overall, we had a great experience with Plan B Travels India, and I would recommend them to anyone planning a trip — especially families traveling with young children.
