We had a wonderful vacation with Pioneer Personalized Holidays. They organized a driver and tour guide as well as accommodations at a nice hotel for a reasonable fee. Our tour guide and driver Bibi T (Read More)homas was very friendly and a responsible, safe driver. He arrived in a comfortable, clean car which was well stocked with sealed drinking water. He spoke very good English and was very knowledgable of the area. He helped us to make the most out of our trip to both Lake Kumarakom and Munnar Hill Station. He suggested breaks at comfortable rest stops, good restaurants, and points of interest, and is always willing to stop for whatever your group wants to do. Bibi also helped us get last minute tickets for a Kathakali dance show.
