Trip to Dharamsala, Khajjiar, Dalhousie
Very bad experience
I am writing to formally lodge a complain regarding a travel package booked which was referred and associated with Holidify.
Our travel package was scheduled from 24 December night to 28 December return, covering Dharamshala and Dalhousie.
Issues Faced:
Severe itinerary misrepresentation
We were promised 15 sightseeing points as per the shared itinerary.
In reality, only 8 were ac (Read More)tually feasible, and finally only 6 were covered during the entire trip.
Unprofessional behaviour and lack of coordination
There was no daily coordination or briefing from the company.
They never contacted us regarding daily plans except for routine greetings.
When we raised concerns, the staff spoke rudely and blamed us instead of resolving the issue.
Harassment and coercion in Dalhousie
After discussing to deduct ₹5,000 for unvisited places, the company representative stopped the vehicle at the Dalhousie hotel.
A person named Ajay scolded and threatened us, stating that we could not move from the hotel or vehicle unless full payment was made immediately.
This behaviour was intimidating, unprofessional, and unacceptable.
Poor hotel hygiene
In both Dharamshala and Dalhousie, the hotel bed sheets were unhygienic and had to be changed immediately upon arrival.
We chose this service trusting Holidify’s reputation, and this experience has caused us stress, discomfort, and financial loss.

From super-cool trip mates and our wonderful lead Laila to the exotic property we stayed in and the excellent locations we explored, everything exceeded expectations. The only minor hiccup was repetitive food options, but it didn't detract from the magic. I feel truly blessed to have chosen PC Tours and Travels for such a life-changing journey!
I am Chetna from Jodhpur, Rajasthan and I wanted to tour Himachal Pradesh but I was not able to understand how to plan the trip and from where to get the package. Here I spoke to Yogeshwar who gave me details about all the plans and said that ma'am we will get your Himachal Pradesh covered well. I took a package from here which was for 11 days and 10 nights and this package was very helpful for me and the driver also supported us well and Yogesh sir's behaviour and nature was also very polite. If you want to plan a trip to Himachal Pradesh then you can plan it by taking a package from PC travels.
