Dear Sir, We regret for the inconvenience happened during the trip. As hotel rooms got sold out on your travel days. We changed the hotels. But we have given same 4* Category Hotels and Resorts only. On Ferry we have taken luxury costings and given royal class seats only. That we have upgraded only. Regret for the things happened on the Hotel changes. Dear Bhanu Bachchan, We have given our best service to you. Which we have given in the quote. Not even a single changes was made to your itinerary. Payment modes also we have cleared to you before your tour starts. And you have taken the trip to North Part of Andaman which having minimum hotels and we given the best one only . Your tour was arranged one day before you arriving Andaman. Last min booking, We given our best service only. As you have did arguments with us for the things which we dont include in the package. We have clearly mentioned the Supplement charges for the activities and honeymoon inclusions.If you want to add these things during your tour you have to pay extra as we said. This is common thing for all the travellers. But from your point that these supplement things which we have mentioned in the quote,we should provide free of cost. How it would be possible. And hotels also they provided the deluxe category AC Rooms only. Without any reason you want to change the hotels. Hope you understand the things. This is not fair like writing the review about our company in this manner,after getting good services from us.

Dear Sir, you have confirmed the package one day before midnight. We didn't promises which you have mentioned in the review section and you reach Andaman covid pandemic time in hat time no such beach's and island are open. We didn't promise you to visit Ross island & Noth Bay Island and Havelock island due to pandemic no such ferry's are available .
