The problems start at the beginning, the agency should have managed our visas, but they didn't (probably on purpose).
We had just one night booked and Mr Ritesh Giri kept saying by phone and messages that we had to talk with his partners, he said he paid everything on time.
Meanwhile we had messages and email from his partners saying that Mr Ritesh Giri didn't pay at all for weeks and the night (Read More)booked was just a courtesy one of these persons did anticipating money with its own.
We kept saying to Mr Ritesh that he must fix the situation, but at the end, he just send an email saying that the agency will pay back the money in a time between 1 and 45 days. In the mean while we had to book and organize our travel by ourself with no support at all from the agency.
Reading the other reviews comparing with our experience let me think that they are fake (or at least more lucky).
As mentioned by other travelers, we didn't know this agency, it's an indian agency that works a lot with the italians, but Gianluca Gotto had sponsored it for more than a year.
And when talking to him directly we exposed the fraud we were experiencing, he did nothing. No messages for other travelers at least until the situation could be clarified. He is probably part of the fraud.

The AGENCY MUNDO TOURISM Pvt Ltd is to be absolutely avoided! We are more than one hundred Italians, and not only, scammed by this pseudo agency in New Delhi. The owner Ritesh Giri, uses the same tactic with everyone, at the beginning very thoughtful, "reliable", punctual.. but as soon as he receives the advance payment of 75% he disappears! Making up excuses after excuses, pseudo collaborators an (Read More)d assistants, never existed! We, in our group, he scammed almost a year ago, and we are still waiting for his refund! As soon as you see the name of MONDO TOURISM of RITESH GIRI...RUN AWAY!!!
Terrible experience with this travel agency
I contacted this agency based on the recommendation of Gianluca Gotto.
Unfortunately, my experience with them has been extremely disappointing.
I booked a trip to Vietnam well in advance (November 2024), paying 75% of the total cost via bank transfer. However, the organization was terrible from the very beginning.
Their responses to my inquiries (Read More)were slow and unclear, and they failed to keep their promises. They assured me that I would receive my tickets in advance (by December 10, 2024), yet as of today, March 14, 2025, I still have not received them.
Despite repeated follow-ups, I never received my travel documents within the promised time frame.
Unfortunately, I came across some positive reviews and was convinced to book another trip to Thailand, once again paying 75% upfront.
When I kept asking for updates, the agency kept postponing without providing any concrete answers. Instead of taking responsibility. The company is for negligence, disorganization, lack of transparency, and dishonesty, they blamed various collaborators. The agency itself, owned by Mr. Ritesh Giri, is to blame.
Customer service is nonexistent, and their attitude toward clients is utterly unprofessional.
I strongly advise against booking with this agency if you want a stress-free trip.
As of today, I have filed a refund request, which is set to expire on April 28, 2025. However, I doubt I will receive my €3,650 refund.
Do not be fooled by their competitive prices.
