What's Good: nothing
What's Not Good: The problems start at the beginning, the agency should have managed our visas, but they didn't (probably on purpose). We had just one night book (Read More)ed and Mr Ritesh Giri kept saying by phone and messages that we had to talk with his partners, he said he paid everything on time. Meanwhile we had messages and email from his partners saying that Mr Ritesh Giri didn't pay at all for weeks and the night booked was just a courtesy one of these persons did anticipating money with its own. We kept saying to Mr Ritesh that he must fix the situation, but at the end, he just send an email saying that the agency will pay back the money in a time between 1 and 45 days. In the mean while we had to book and organize our travel by ourself with no support at all from the agency. Reading the other reviews comparing with our experience let me think that they are fake (or at least more lucky). As mentioned by other travelers, we didn't know this agency, it's an indian agency that works a lot with the italians, but Gianluca Gotto had sponsored it for more than a year. And when talking to him directly we exposed the fraud we were experiencing, he did nothing. No messages for other travelers at least until the situation could be clarified. He is probably part of the fraud. Don't trust the agency. Don't trust Gianluca Gotto (at least for this matter)

What's Not Good: The AGENCY MUNDO TOURISM Pvt Ltd is to be absolutely avoided! We are more than one hundred Italians, and not only, scammed by this pseudo agency in New Delhi. The owner Ritesh (Read More)Giri, uses the same tactic with everyone, at the beginning very thoughtful, "reliable", punctual.. but as soon as he receives the advance payment of 75% he disappears! Making up excuses after excuses, pseudo collaborators and assistants, never existed! We, in our group, he scammed almost a year ago, and we are still waiting for his refund! As soon as you see the name of MONDO TOURISM of RITESH GIRI...RUN AWAY!!!

What's Not Good: Terrible experience with this travel agency
I contacted this agency based on the recommendation of Gianluca Gotto.
Unfortunately, my experience with them has been extremely (Read More) disappointing.
I booked a trip to Vietnam well in advance (November 2024), paying 75% of the total cost via bank transfer. However, the organization was terrible from the very beginning.
Their responses to my inquiries were slow and unclear, and they failed to keep their promises. They assured me that I would receive my tickets in advance (by December 10, 2024), yet as of today, March 14, 2025, I still have not received them.
Despite repeated follow-ups, I never received my travel documents within the promised time frame.
Unfortunately, I came across some positive reviews and was convinced to book another trip to Thailand, once again paying 75% upfront.
When I kept asking for updates, the agency kept postponing without providing any concrete answers. Instead of taking responsibility. The company is for negligence, disorganization, lack of transparency, and dishonesty, they blamed various collaborators. The agency itself, owned by Mr. Ritesh Giri, is to blame.
Customer service is nonexistent, and their attitude toward clients is utterly unprofessional.
I strongly advise against booking with this agency if you want a stress-free trip.
As of today, I have filed a refund request, which is set to expire on April 28, 2025. However, I doubt I will receive my €3,650 refund.
Do not be fooled by their competitive prices.

I had a fantastic tour.
I only had a last-minute half a day spare. From speaking to the team late in the morning I was on a private tour a couple hours later.
We visited all the key sites of old and (Read More)new Delhi, with a private car pickup/drop-off to hotel.
My guide was flexible and on my request took me to a souvenir store to buy a shawl and the best jalebi in Delhi.
Would definitely book another trip and wish I had more time in town.

Ci siamo affidate a questa agenzia per un tour di 12 gg in Rajasthan, con un driver privato di nome Agee, molto pru (Read More)dente e serio ed una guida parlante italiano di nome Kuldeep, è stato tutto semplicemente fantastico. Kuldeep è strato straordinario, ha saputo comprendere al meglio le nostre esigenze facendoci conoscere, vivere ed assaporare l’India in tutti i suoi aspetti, dalla storia, alle abitudini, ai cibi…tutto perfetto! Mundo tourism ci ha fornito assistenza h24 sia prima della partenza che in loco, ha saputo creare un itinerario ad hoc accontentando tutte le nostre esigenze con i tempi a nostra disposizione mostrando sempre gentilezza, affidabilità, professionalità, un team davvero vincente. Abbiamo viaggiato per due settimane facendo il tour del Rajasthan, Varanasi e Dehli. Abbiamo contattato questa agenzia dall’Italia tramite email e fin da subito si sono dimostrati disponibili e collab (Read More)orativi nella pianificazione del nostro viaggio. Non abbiamo avuto problemi con la lingua poiché in molti parlano italiano.
Durante il tour siamo state accompagnate da Anil che ci ha trasmesso tante informazioni della cultura indù e l’amore per la sua India. Gli spostamenti sono avvenuti tramite auto privata con aria condizionata e Wifi e l’autista sempre disponibile e prudente. L’agenzia ci ha fatto sentire sempre a nostro agio offrendoci anche alcune esperienze extra.
