I was very scared before taking chardham yatra services from motherland India, how it could be organise my parents was also scared but thank you motherland India team they made our trip memorable, dri (Read More)ver was excellent and well knowledgeable, hotels was awesome and very comfortable to stay. POSITIVE: Representatives were all ways on time at pick up locations. Drivers always on time. Guides were very knowledgeable. Hotels score overall 7 out of 10. Schedule flexibility was good. Hotel foo (Read More)d overall was good. Communication with Motherland office was always available. NEGATIVES: Cleanliness and quality of the six ground transportation van's need improving. Jhansi rep nearly put our luggage on the wrong train? Motherland office did not always supply up to date information to the Reps which could have created major issues if we had not been on top of our own schedule. Of the ten Hotels we used, three breakfast buffets were not to expected standard and quality. Overall most of the Hotel bathrooms needed TLC. Motherland India Holidays (Abhishek Srivastava) was not very receptive to complaints or constructive criticism, as well we do not appreciated be called 'Auntie' and 'Uncle', we do not find this very professional or business like.

I planned to travel some places in India by myself and I was a little worried about it. But Abhishek and his stuff didn't leave me alone and entertained all time! And he also called me often to check (Read More)everything was going well. All drivers were so friendly and nice, and I'm very comfortable with them too! I traveled Delhi, Varanasi, Jaipur, Ranthambhor(I met a tiger!) and Agra(I'm Japanese). The guesthouse in Varanasi was especially amazing! Thank you very much for everything you have arranged! I'll definitely come back to you this year too!
