Worst experience
The room shown in the photos before booking was not the room that was actually provided. We were told it was a super deluxe room but there was no mention of any super deluxe category in the quotation the actual room quality and facilities were not as promised. overall it was disappointing and misleading experience. The cab driver will also take you only to specific shops for adventure activitie (Read More)s and rental dress most likely because of their personal connections or commission arrangements with those shops.our package included rohtang pass but after reaching there we were informed that 4X4 vehicle could go further which was never disclosed before booking package.

Everything was worst. We were 6 pax, including a 65-year-old lady and a 61-year-old man. During the planning, they hid many things from us. The hotels were below one-star quality. One day at Kedarnath, they had promised to provide us with rooms, but instead gave one tent for all 6 people. Even the senior citizens had to walk around 200 meters in 6°C temperature just to use the washroom. Loca (Read More)lly, the tent cost was said to be ₹1000, but they charged us ₹3800. I have all the videos as proof. They took their profit money before we even started the journey. After that, I personally had to pay the hotels and the driver. The only good thing about the trip was Manpreet Paaji, the driver. He was outstanding. Otherwise, everything else was terrible. I would totally recommend avoiding this travel agency. They are only business-minded. Please don’t go with them.

Improve booking and payment system Driver should not ask for payment of taxi fare on the way. This should be between Travel company & Taxi Company.
