MEET MY HOLIDERS @SHIMLA, HIMANCHAL PRADESH – A RECIPE FOR DISASTER  Worst experience K/A - Mr Vickey, Ms ANU, Ms Radhika, Mr Chauhanm and the rest – As a responsible member of a travel agency entity, start shouldering responsibilities rather than avoiding taking phone calls. Our biggest mistake: - We are absolutely appalled by the service we received from all (Meet My Holiders) exc (Read More)ept that of Nishika, who is a responsible human being. We trusted this agency with our hard-earned money & ended up with a severely overpriced, cookie-cutter package that delivered none of what was promised. When we reached out to fix the issues, all of you were completely unresponsive & unapologetic. Worst ever experience with Meet My Holiders and the arrogant and offensive team members working for the firm. The room shown in the photos before booking was not the room that was actually provided. We were told it was a super deluxe 4 Star room but there was no mention of any super deluxe category in the quotation the actual room quality and facilities were not as promised. It was overall a very disappointing and misleading experience. The cab driver will also take you only to specific places as per his convenience and ease, took us to the shops for adventure activities and rental dress most likely because of their personal connections or commission arrangements with those shops. Our package included many important sight scene that was all mentioned but after reaching there we were informed that 4X4 vehicle could go further which was never disclosed before booking package as a result we had to hire private taxi by paying a bomb from our wallet. Your transparency is proved through your actions and this does not require a stamp to be endorsed with. You're actually coning your clients and this mesaage will be now broadcasted nationally to one and all. Meet My Holiders is a terrible / bad travel partner who can completely drain the joy out of a trip and this is what you have rendered. All these reveals your ethics and value of Meet My Holiders. Absolutely obnoxious and arrogant way of communicating with clients. Completely ignored the promises made in our contract, & we will now be reporting them to consumer protection authorities. This firm is just middlemen outsourcing agency to the cheapest vendors. Zero ownership & terrible customer service Mr Vickey / Mr Chauhan, Ms ANU, Ms Kritika etc except Ms NISHIKA Madam. Anu madam, you and your Boss, the owner (Mr. VICKEY) deserve a Bharat Ratna too for avoiding customer calls and hiding yourself from facing the reality.

Nothing to like , just polished marketing
I am writing to lodge a serious complaint regarding the unacceptable treatment and poor services provided during my Manali tour booked through Meet My Holiders. Initially, we were promised accommodation at The Town Ville, Manali, but upon arrival, we were shifted to Pasori Hotel without any prior notice or consent. This itself was a clear case of misrepresentation and breach of commitment. In ad (Read More)dition to this, a very disturbing incident occurred today. We were asked to check out from Pasori Hotel at around 9:30 AM and were instructed to move to The Town Ville. However, after reaching there, we were left waiting outside the hotel for several hours without being provided a room. Even now, proper accommodation has not been arranged. At one point, we were temporarily given a room only to keep our luggage and were told to leave again. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and mental stress to my family. Furthermore: There was no responsible person available at the reception for a long period. When a staff member finally arrived at around 11:30 AM, instead of helping resolve the issue, he behaved aggressively and said words to the effect of "If you want to fight, I am ready." The behaviour of the hotel management, booking team, and sales staff has been highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite multiple complaints from our side, we have only been told that we must "adjust" with the situation. We have suffered loss of valuable vacation time, inconvenience, harassment, and mental distress due to the poor management and false commitments. This level of service is completely unacceptable and falls far below the standards promised at the time of booking. I request immediate intervention and a written response regarding: Why the promised hotel was not provided initially. Why we were made to wait for hours without accommodation. Why hotel staff behaved aggressively and unprofessionally. What compensation/refund will be provided for the inconvenience, harassment, and service failures. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will be compelled to escalate the issue to the appropriate consumer protection authorities, tourism authorities, and online grievance platforms, along with supporting photographs, videos, and communication records. I expect a prompt resolution.

The tempo traveller driver company provided was worst he made our trip bad, very harsh driving, sleeping while driving the car, very rude to everyone and following only his things and complain us to do that not listen to our things at all The driver provided to us made our trip worst rest everything was best
