Day 1 Delhi – Shimla

Day 4 Manali - Solang Valley – Manali
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Solang Valley (12 km) from Manali.
Visit Solang Valley and enjoy the ropeway and other activities, including paragliding and zorbing (additional cost).

Solang Nala (Valley):
Solang Nala (Valley) derives its name from a combination of the words Solang (a nearby village) and Nullah (water stream).
It is a side valley at the top of the Kullu Valley in Himachal Pradesh, India, located 14 km northwest of the resort town of Manali on the way to Rohtang Pass.
Solang Valley is known for its summer and winter sports conditions.
The most commonly offered sports include parachuting, paragliding, skating, and zorbing.
Snow melts during the summer months starting in May, and skiing is then replaced by zorbing (a giant ball that accommodates 2 people, rolled down a 200-meter hill), paragliding, parachuting, and horse riding.
A ropeway was recently opened, and reaching the summit can be accomplished by ATVs, ropeway, or climbing (trekking).

Day 5 Manali - Local Sightseeing
Hidimba Devi Temple: A landmark of Manali, also known as the ?Halima Temple.? It was built in 1553 and features an enormous rock inside the temple, along with a 7.5 cm (3 inches) tall brass image representing goddess Hidimba Devi.
Club House: The Club House offers comprehensive facilities, including a roller skating rink, an auditorium, billiards rooms, a library, a bar, and a restaurant, making it a wonderful outing for the day.

Next, check in to the hotel and freshen up.

Satdhara:
Satdhara Falls, located on the way to Panchpula, is one of the most popular sightseeing attractions in Dalhousie. Satdhara is a mixture of seven streams believed to have healing properties. This lovely spot has acquired its name from the seven gorgeous springs.
St. Andrew?s Church:
St. Andrew?s Church is located approximately one and a half kilometers from the main bus stand of Dalhousie and is a popular tourist destination. For nature lovers, it is an ideal location as the entire church is surrounded by natural beauty.
Panchpula:
Panchpula is a nice picnic spot near Dalhousie town, around 3.5 km from Gandhi Chawk. It is a great place to spend some time in the evening, featuring waterfalls and water streams, making it a must-visit location.
Khajjiar:
Khajjiar is a popular hill station about 26 km from Dalhousie in Himachal Pradesh. Khajjiar is also known as ?Mini Switzerland? or the ?Gulmarg of Himachal Pradesh.? It is one of the 160 places in the world that bear a tropical resemblance to Switzerland, alongside Dalhousie and Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary, among others.
Indeed, trekking is the best way to explore Khajjiar. Zorbing, which involves rolling downhill from inside a plastic ?zorb?, is a popular recreational activity during April and May.
With its exotic flora and fauna, the Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary is a delight for nature lovers and wildlife photographers.
Day 9 Dalhousie – Amritsar

Overall, I liked the smoothness, flexibility, and the way they handled everything professionally.

1. Hotel at shimla( avalanche) was worst it was so small that we barely walk.pls see the picture.
2. Manali hotel (Thunderworld): view was awesome from the hotel but rooms are same small, pillow and (Read More) bed covers were very dirty. We requested them to changed. There was no hot water in the morning. We got our morning tea after 1hr30 mins later. When we were leaving the served us wrong food for 2 days.
I called ms.radha pojta again & again for every situation but she didn't response. She never called us back never co-operate with us. After taking the 30% money from us, she never called us, never pick up our call. We had another tour back in 2017 with priyanka. She was the best. We trusted ms.Radha pojta completely and she did it. So pls read my review and never believe Radha.

Lets begin..
Our misfortune that we booked a trip with thes (Read More)e guys. We did all the hard work. we figured out the hotels . they just booked it . so yeah they didn't do much of a planning.
Day 1 25th nov:- We landed in Delhi.. Started out most awaited journey to Manali. So our trip was from 25th nov to 2nd dec (delhi->Manali->kasol->shimla->delhi) .
Let me aware you of the driver ( VICKY RANA) ,if you ever get him as a driver , your trip is 50% spoiled already.
Anyways after a long-exhausted journey reached Manali and it was already snowing. Great we were happy the driver parked inside the hotel parking area.(25th done , we slept after having dinner) . Not to mentioned we chose the hotel (Hotel Holiday heaven -> the best thing happened to us during the entire trip)
26th nov:- All fresh mind and we are ready to visit some famous places in manali. Wait what the Car is struck in snow and it was genuine we don’t blame the trip guys here .. so kudos you guys got a point here. We started visiting places by walk. And we have only seen Hadimba devi temple and saw other vehicles moving and tourists enjoying all the places where as out car driver denied coming out. we let it go and couldn't cover any other places club house , Manu temple ( we just cant reach them by walk). skins started peeling off and we thought its wise to return and rest.
We did mention this to you guys. if you need the recording I have all. Anyways I will post the recordings and pictures as proof ... so no worries there.
27th :- the driver managed to get the car out.. thank god. we thought we will also cover yesterdays missed out fun today in solang. The driver uhhhh. he again made us walk 2 km just to reach him .. And here comes the surprise, he said he cant take us to solang only a 4*4 can take us there, we asked why? he said there is too much snow and the vehicle wont go. nothing like police will stop or its because of the snow. its just that no one is going and he wont. the driver took us to a place where he said he can arrange a 4*4 and the snow dress. Note here:- we paid money to travel up to Atal Tunnel .. and we already didn't use your vehicle in the first day. don't you think you sld compensate us for the 4*4(driver cheated but this is on you trip planner(MMH)). Leave it.. so we agreed and paid extra amount by ourselves and drove to solang in a 4*4. We saw innova cars going towards solang alongside. so we started at 11 and we saw innovas on the way, do you think scientifically its possible that they started at 1 PM?? And did you mention that this may happen that we may have to book this by our own? we would have dealt with you at the beginning if you wld have mentioned this. dont get away with this by throwing it up on the weather and nature.
There are n number of instances the driver said he cant go there. so we mentioned his behavior very first day to the trip planners. I had n no of calls with MMH team mentioning the same. I think you guys ignored it.
28th:- The road was all clear no snow at all, still the driver refused to come to hotel to pick our luggage. we have to drag everything 1 km to him where he waited for us. Anyways you have to increase your tolerance level and have good muscular power to bear these guys. Anyways off to Kasol. So we thought lets make up everything in kasol and shimla. Reached Kasol and whatttttt. Hotel Anupam ( the only hotel suggested and booked by MMH) . The hotel had no guests since ages. THe rooms are smelly. They even lost key to one room. they had to break the lock. bathrooms are .. leave it...god save those who land in this hotel. And cherry on the trop, while booking their worn chain of hotels they mentioned that we have only veg food for dinner but it was clearly written in the package that we will be provided with non veg in kasol and shimla for dinner. And there went numerous calls to clarify the same. I mean you gave us the worst hotel

Very worst service they don't know how to make organize trip. They have provide the innova for us but that person has not gone over that place before. They don't have the knowledge of road and in tele (Read More)phonic they are saying the Driver will take you.
I really suggest you all Traveller people these meet my Traveler service is not good and all time they have fight with me and with our driver

Worst experience I ever had.it was just waste of money & time.
Do not believe in MMH promises they do.They provided me stay in Chatanya resort. Even local driver do not know the place.you can't go ou (Read More)t lonely from hotel it's too inside no proper road. even they do not have hotel board.They called it resort but services are equivalent to a local hotel
We wasted our vacations. Coming to daily sightseeings, they couldnt fulfill the promises. For name sake we had a sightseeing on second day only and on third day we were at so called resort, made private arrangements for local sightseeing at additional cost.
Food was below average. When i ordered coffee, they gave me Bournvita saying it's chocolate coffee. For bread toast they gave me a bread which was roasted on a pan turned black on all sides.
On day one as soon as we reached the so called Chaitanya resort, the resort manager said that the room was not ready and was still occupied inspite of we were delayed by two hours.

Worst driver they have arranged for us.driver even dont know meet my holiders team. They arranged driver with per day rate. Chaitanya resort manali is not even 1 star hotel nd they are writing as a 3 (Read More) star hotel for manali. Way of chaitanya resort (first it was venus villa-name changed) is very narrow innova will not reach there.due to this narrow way our innova get damaged nd get brake fail due to this we have to sightseen in alto throught day for manali. they(chaitanya resort) dont arrange early morning breakfast if we have to go early for rohtaang pass. They arrange only after 8:15 nd if u wait for it then traffic for manali will go out of limit and u will reach rohtaang at 2 to 3 pm. Chaitanya resort is very cheap hotel so it is in old manali. Service of hotel is also worst. We get yellow water for bath. Room service person will come after 1 hour of call. Dont choose this hotel for manali otherwise your trip is failed. Our driver also told us that he will black list this hotel. He told us that they cant arrange other hotel out of 1000 hotel in manali and arrange for u a cheap hotel of 575 per day rate room. Go with yaatra or MMT for best experience ever. Dont go with this type of cheap company.even u can not find chaitanya resort in manali in google. Enter as venus villa its old name in google so u can find btw its own mmh property so they arrange cheapest services and when we called them to change the hotel than they have not replied at all about change hotel.

Shimla - manali is very beautiful place, but MEET MY HOLDER has not planned my honeymoon trip properly. No room available at the time of arrival in hotel. We have wait for more than 2 hours. Trip lite (Read More)rary not followed by meet my holidered. At manali very poor honeymoon night planned. Bed decoration not done properly. Customer requirement not shared with hotel management.
So trip was not that much good as per assurance by meet my holiders.

I had a package of 6Nights 7 days(2N shimla,2N manali 2N kasol)....The Stay in Shimla and Kasol was Good...Manali was very worst experience i had....After the whole tour ,while returning from kasol to (Read More) delhi ....There was breakDown in our vehicle which delayed us for more than 6 hours ..... they even had chance to arrange us another vehicle but they didnt do it(we got to know this from the driver as he said he got a call 4 hours ago but the MMH had put him on hold but in the end he only came)..due to the Delay we missed our train(we had a loss of 13K),which was a really a bad experience..Inspite of telling them also, they didnt even arranged us a vehicle and delayed us!So we told them atleast refund us half amount of the Train fares,so that we can book for the next day...but the Package didnt even respond beacuse they got there whole money which was really bad...So Guys i suggest u people not to prefer this WORST package called MMH..

The overall tour was good.
Hospitality and food was really good.
The only drawback that I felt was the hotel given in munnar was really inside and far.
The hotel provided in thekkady was good and (Read More)at perfect location.

1) Completed trip to Kalpa with this agent during 30 Sep to 06 Oct 2017.
2) Provided hotels in wrong locations.
3) Provided Driver with deceitful approaches. He was impolite.
4) Dropped us in the m (Read More)idway at the last day on return to Chandigarh.
5) Agent and Transporter has a unhealthy nexus.
6) Already intimated to HP Police and Tourism Dept.
7) No help from Agent on the way.
Please Avoid this Agent. Use HP Govt Tourism website to find Agent.
We could have ruined .

Sir,
The way you are posting your reviews/ complaints on the different websites this not a way & we are all the time in contact with you. And we called you for the follow-up then you didn’t tell u (Read More)s about your driver & the driver was local from Himachal. And we had also give you the hotels at every place & only in the one hotel you didn’t checked & the hotelier called you & our Representative Of Sangla Hotel Mr. Naresh Jistu called you & asked from that at what time you will be arriving in the Hotel & you said that I am not coming & I Have to look after to my family. I am not able to check –In I have taken Hotel by myself here. And after reaching at your home you had posted a Letter to Himachal Tourism that your trip was not good With MMH. In which you had mentioned below points,
1. The driver was stopped the cab at Chandigarh Nearby Suraj Theatre & spent 15 Min. with a chat with his Friend
Answer for that: - Now the driver can’t stop the car on the way & he has no write to talk with any one if he is with you. So, this is not a way Sir.
2. In the next Point you said that Driver has stopped cab near by the road side Dhabha for Breakfast.
Answer for that: - Now the driver can’t stop the car for Breakfast also even if he will feel Hungry. He has no right to have his food Even.
3. We reached at Shimla near by 4 PM after that there was Heavy Traffic Jam over the Road & unnecessary time was waste on the way.
Answer for that:- Sir, As you know very Shimla is Crowed city & if there was a Traffic Jam Over the Road then No one can do anything. And driver can’t move his car without the permission of Traffic Police.
4. The Agent told us over the Phone that go to Mall road by Walk from the Hotel.
Answer for that:- Sir, We never said our clients to Go Mall Road by walk as we know that Most of the peoples came here in Shimla from the Plain Areas & Shimla is a Hill area. So, they don’t have habbit of walking here in Hill Area. We usually suggest our Guest to Go Mall by Lift, not by walk.
5. After crossing Parwanoo the driver suddenly stopped the car & hired another car & dropped us to Chandigarh.
Answer for that:- The driver Rinku has Hired a car for dropping you to Chandigarh, that is ok but he has just shifted to you to another car there was no irresponsible approach by him. If he has done something with you that means he stopped the car mid way or on the way & asked you to go back to Chandigarh by your own then I can understand. But he has properly arranged the cab for you & shifted to you to another cab.
6. After Reaching Shimla, the Agent Never called me & asked me about my tour conditions, if any.
Answer for that:- Sir, up to when you are in Shimla, we called you Ms. Jyoti Called you for the follow-up & even you had also called her for the details of Hotels. Ms. Jyoti had given you all the details about the hotels. And when you reached in the Hotel Tab Exotic you called us & said that the hoteliers was not going to give you good Rooms & immediately we called to the Manager there Mr. Hitender and he was not there but he asked his staff to have words with you & they changed your room, even they had given you 01 cottage at that time , but you was not satisfied from that also & again you called us back & said that the cottage was also not good & we are lonely here.
7. Every time I called them to intimate the problems & the Agent always denied agreeing on it.
Answer for that:- Sir, whenever you called us, we always picked up your calls & revert to you all the time.
8. They took the full amount before the trip & Skipped many places .
Answer for that:- Sir, As you know very well that on the very first on the staring of your tour you have to clear full payment of your tour. If you had given money to us then we had booked Hotels & Cab for you & you had availed services from us.
9. When Miss. Radha called you on that time your tour was completed & she told only that now your tour was completed , so why you had not told us all the thing that happened with you when you was on your tour.

Hi.. I have planed honeymoon trip through MMH, They had taken full amount before starting the trip and started harassing us. After taking full amount, they have not provided car for local sightseeing (Read More)in Delhi. The rooms was not good. They have booked cheap lodge kind of rooms. Even there is no breakfast in hotels. Some hotel has breakfast but what ever they have we must eat, that to it will take 1 our time. Otherwise we have spend our money and have. The driver also not supportive. Finally we have cancelled our trip and came back. They promise us before .. The trip will be memorable. Yes...I will not forget in my life..
I will not recommend to anyone in MMH even if he is my enemy also.
