Accomodation could have been better

Its very inappropraite and frustrating experience with make my trip, they have decided to keep my insurnace money as flight has been cancelled due to international disruption and have not refunded me (Read More)the convenience or the service fees you have charged me this is against the law I’m not very happy with the experience I have with you guys I’m gonna file a case against you so you better understand that if I have already cancelled everything or the flights get cancelled, you’re supposed to refund me the insurance and the convenience fee because I don’t use the services. I highly recommend you stay away from their online trap because it’s complete bullshit. They have not even refunded me my cancel flight tickets it’s been over two weeks now. I would highly suggest everybody not to book with them and I’m not gonna use their services in future neither my family or friends

The hotel they booked for us was absolutely fantastic, with great service, beautiful views, and such a comfortable stay that it felt like a dream.
