Recently we went for a five day Keralam trip by cab. Though the hotels in three places were good and worth the money the vehicle sedan allotted to us was very old and uncomfortable. It didn't even hav (Read More)e power windows and had to be operated manually which was an ordeal itself. The driver was very rash despite our requests to slow down on hilly roads. Both of us were senior citizens and this trip was unforgettable for the wrong reasons.

I have been valuable customer of your MakeMyTrip until now I have booked almost like numerous packages and spent a lot of money on the flight tickets and the hotel bookings, but right now I had a quer (Read More)y and I have a solution. I needed some help from your ticket for flight change. for upcoming trip, but none of you are getting connected and none of you are actually helping me in changing the date. We have done a lot of booking through your application and nothing was actually helpful. I am feeling very very disappointed, and I feel like quitting from your application and switching on to some other application. A valuable customer like me would be missing a lot.🙏🏻
