I have raised a complaint against a travels (Jihan travels).2days later the status has changed as problem resolved. I didn’t get any information about that and didn’t aware of what solution has taken (Read More)regarding the complaint. Feels like Makemytrip is giving zero value to the customer. Worst experience ever.

The response from call center staff is really prompt. If there is any mistake from their side they compensate for it in the most ethical way. I'd definitely recommend using this app for all kinds of b (Read More)ookings.

I have made an airline booking (In GoFirst airline) through Make my Trip, the airline filed an insolvency. My ticket got cancelled by the airline & it has been 2+ months already but I have not receive (Read More)d any refund till date. I spoke to Make my trip customer care today & asked for the ETA, they don't have any ETA and they are negligent in handling these Refunds. NEVER USE MAKEMYTRIP, incase of ANY ISSUES THEY WILL NOT RESPOND PROMPTLY. I will never use Make my trip in my future.
