• Trip to Munnar, Kanyakumari, Alappuzha (Alleppey), Thekkady, Kovalam, Kerala, Tamil Nadu

I like about the visit of new place,state and culture.Nature's beauty ,tea garden,back waters and sea beaches.
There are so many things.we booked for 3-4star hotel's. First three days hotel's are okay but in breakfast they are offering only one dish... only idli or dosa... House boat Alleppey is good and food is also fine.But last two days in Kovalam Hotel is very bad.it is going under renovation.Bad smell coming and washrooms are not in good condition....

• Trip to Mysore, Bandipur National Park, Chikmagalur, Udupi

Hotels at Mysore and Udupi were good. Apart from this nothing noteworthy.
This definetely will be the least memorable trip. One short coming is definitely the Driver cum Guide. He dont know the places where to visit, doesn't have any plans. Absolutely no inputs from his end. Instead of guiding us, we are searching in Google for locations where to go and when to go. Whenever we say for visiting a location he will be having a excuse like "dekhte hai" "milne se chala jaye (Read More)ga". Even he doesn't know where to have lunch. During transfer from mysore to chikmagluru, he drive for 5 hours with not having a place to lunch or any snacks after requesting him at the start of journey. Further, the driving speed is too slow (50 to 60kmph on bengaluru mysore expressway, taking more than 5 hours to reach mysore from bengaluru airport), making our journey really boring and wasting our valuable time for which we were unable to cover few places like Chamundi Hills and kemmangundi in chikmagluru. From Make My Travls part, the hotel they provided at Chikmagluru is below average. Room size is very small, don't have hot water in morning, does not have service line to reception desk incase we need something, breakfast not available till 8.30 am and that limited to poori or dosa. Plus, when i inform about this short comings, there was no addressing of this issues or response when i called in. We didnt go there for free, we have paid and i think we deserve a better serviceability. I hope Holidify would provide us with better travel agency in future and definitely a professional tourist car driver cum guide instead of a city uber/ola driver like the one in this trip. Really unhappy on how things went on this trip, although we managed to visit most the places within the limited time on our own inputs and google search but there will be no thanks giving to Make My Travls.
