Trip to Tamil Nadu

Worst experience with the travel agency. I have visited a lot of places through travel agencies but never had such bad experience. Very poor communication and bad planning. Changing the drivers often. When we tried to call them regarding the issues we were having there, they neither picked the call nor tried to contact us. They told that they will book rooms with breakfast but during the booking t (Read More)hey didn't include breakfast in it in some hotels. They took half of the money in advance and told us to give the rest to the driver owner and when we were having problems there they didn't even bother to check on us as they have already took their portion of money. They gave us an itinerary and when we reached there, the driver told that they don't even have the itinerary. They didn't know that they have to take us for sightseeing. All they were informed was to pick up from the airport and drop at hotels. Even after conversation, they didn't talked to the cab owner properly because the cab owner told that some of the places mentioned in the itinerary was repeated multiple times and it's the same place. They repeated it to make the itinerary look better. Also the cab owner changed some places mentioning that they are at long distances and it will not be possible for us to go there. This agency don't even know how to plan a tour. They set a long journey if 7-8 hours and didn't even asked us if we can travel that much. Worst agency I have contacted so far.

Trip to Sikkim

Worst experience ever had. No Proper planning with the transportation details. Daily changing the driver and won't update the details until we ask for multiple times. Money minded people. No proper planning. Accommodation is worst than shown in the images previously. They told the rooms are booked with breakfast in itinerary but while booking they didnt book along breakfast and when we asked to g (Read More)ive the amount for the breakfast in the hotel as they promised to give in the itinerary plan, they refused to pay. Never suggest this kind of agency ever.

We had a very disappointing experience. The agency booked our hotel in Lansdowne in a very remote and unsafe area, about 3–4 km away from the city. The roads to reach the hotel were in very bad condition and felt risky, especially at night. We were a group of six girls, and there were no other guests at the hotel, which made us feel very unsafe. Even though the location was shared with us, it w (Read More)as not clear how isolated the place actually was. When we shared our safety concerns and asked for a refund, it was refused. We do not recommend this agency.
