Situation in Kashmir is very bad and this travel agency is taking the benefit of that situation. We cancelled kashmir tour bz of the ongoing tense situation. They are not refunding the amount. Playing with life of tourist where other agencies like flights are refunding full amount. This is not humanity.

They make nice n suitable arrangements for adikailash riding package. The bike condition are just okay as u don't have to worry as mechanic will go along in traveller alongwith all your luggage. The t (Read More)our coordinator mr. Karan is a very practical and helpful guy. Even they send a very experienced and skillful rider as captain of the trip. Hope to plan ladakh and nepal and Bhutan trip with them. The money they charge is little bit high but it's justified during trip. So changes may be incorporated to make this company better. And a person who manages is also required alongwith captain. Overall good experience with Bagpackclan.
