Situation in Kashmir is very bad and this travel agency is taking the benefit of that situation. We cancelled kashmir tour bz of the ongoing tense situation. They are not refunding the amount. Playing with life of tourist where other agencies like flights are refunding full amount. This is not humanity.

The trip itinerary was successfully completed. Our tour guide, Aditya, was courteous and attentive to our concerns, addressing them promptly when needed. However, my primary issue was with the Himalay (Read More)a motorcycle, which was not very smooth to ride and experienced brake failure on two occasions; my colleague Aniket encountered similar problems. If Backpacklan had arranged a 2024 model motorcycle, the trip would have been exceptional.
