Money making people
I had to cancel my trip due to war-like conditions in Jammu and Kashmir. I requested this Kris Trip company to refund me as much money as possible. I asked them to impose a penalty, but not so much that I would incur a loss, considering the situation. But they didn't agree and deducted ₹9000 from me.
That's truly unfortunate that Kris Trip company didn't understand my situation and deducted ₹90 (Read More)00. While travel companies have their cancellation policies, offering some leniency in humanitarian circumstances is definitely a part of good customer service.
My advice to stay away from agencies that don't empathize with real customer problems and are overly rigid is absolutely correct. This experience is certainly a lesson for others as well.

Very diligently planned and customised as per our requirements. Hotels booked were very good and the vehicle provided was a brand new one with a very experienced driver who knows the hills very well. Real value for money deal. Thanks to the entire team of Krish for making our trip a memorable one.
Everything was excellent.
From day one till the last day we really had a very very good experience it was really fun traveling with krishtravels.
