Trip to Singapore

Mr.Rahman who was our sales person from kabir travels and he is an excellent communicator and he replies to us very promptly. overall our experience was good and we have listed down where they have failed to address our concern. we rate Mr.Rahman as an excellent sales person with fast communication skill.
1)we have never been informed about the change of vehicle during our road journey from singapoe to Malaysia and we had to change our vehicle after singapore boarder. 2) we expeced you to share the link of visa application on Malaysian boarder and we did not get the same. 3) Genting Highland visit was utter failure due to closure to outdoor activities.
