worst experience.
It's was my worst experience with joy tours and travels agency we booked for 4 nights and 5 days for two people me and my father they charged rs 33000 without reducing any rates secondly in this rs 3 (Read More)3000 pony rides and union taxi rides were also not included for sightseeing why so? They must include the cost of rides for sightseeing at this package secondly doodh pathri lal chowk pari mahal then gulmarg is also not included as it's not main tourist attractions this is not the way to serve if I visit kashmir i will never book any agency worst experience i got even they were not giving one day complimentary also the day when u arrive the next day they need the entire amount secondly the breakfast is worst in the hotel which they took us everyday only one item in the breakfast bread and butter and poha we paid rs 33000 and we didn't worth it guys don't waste your hard earning with these money churning travel agencies next time will visit Srinagar directly then will book a cheapest hotel and the hotel agents will book a cab for me for sightseeing will never book from any travel agencies totally dissatisfied and disappointed I m they must include the ride cost like the dal lake ride pony ride for sonmarg and pahalgam at the package.

Our Trip to Srinagar & Kashmir was very nice. We booked Joy Tours Kashmir for the services. Ms. Mehnaaz Travel Executive supported and helped to make our Tour Excellent. Third class service
Third class service with false assurances. Joy tours & travels is a con company who are good at all kind of false promises. Premium package bought by us with all 4/ 5 star hotel bookings but we're wer (Read More)e given 2/3 star hotels with all kind of false excuses. This is a bluff company guys. Avoid trusting them. Never give them advances as they trap you into luxury tour package but merely handover 2nd class experience.
We had a family trip to Kashmir through Jay Tour and travels. It was managed by Ms Bisma and it was nicely arranged.
The arrangement of hotel and vehicle were nice. In Srinagar the hotel booked for us was somewhat small, but the behaviour of the staffs was very nice and food was delicious. In Sonmarg was also good, (Read More)but some problem faced at Pahelgam. The driver allotted to us was well behaved and driving was very smooth. Thank you Bisma.

Hopeless tour agency..
We had booked our Kashmir tour with them and we feel that it was the worst decision ever that we made..
Their team is very cooperative till the time we make the booking. B (Read More)ut once you have made them payment their duties and responsibilities are simply over.
Their whole team, Bisma madam, Amir sir, their other staff Mr.Ahmed
simply fail to attend to their customers queries thereafter.
In spite of several calls and follow ups they are least bothered ..
They lack professionalism and are least bothered about the same.

Very bad service
I had booked a cab from Joy Tours and Travels with Asima for 7days for 4500/day after I had sent all my itinerary to them. Upon booking for confirmation they asked to send 5k as advance and the remain (Read More)ing when they did the pickup. When asked about the driver details after the advance payment they mentioned they will share on 1 day prior to the booking date. For the morning pickup, I had to follow up from the previous morning itself by calls and messages to get the driver details so I could contact the driver, Finally I got the driver details in the night which is not at all good I think. I don't know if the issues have only started.
1. In mail they mentioned that in Srinagar local sightseeing, Nishat, Shalimar, Cheshmashahi, Botanical Garden, Pari Mahal, Shankracharya. (its Include In this package). But when it comes to travel they mentioned Shalimar, Cheshmashahi, Pari Mahal etc are not included in the package, it's just for our reference on the places we can go and it was accidentally mentioned in the mail blah blah blah. And if needed we need to take another local cab or rickshaw for that.
2. Sonmarg: Mamar Valley, Lovers Point( its Include). In this also when going there the driver mentioned there is no such place at all and the lady was telling lies about those places.
3. The driver said it will cost around 900/hr for shikara and they will provide 1.5k for 1.5 hours ride which is a good deal and will cover 4 points. But those 4 points are not at all good, just some duplicate points and they were not willing for 1.5k and had to pay for 1.8k for that ride. When they started to go back to the gate we mentioned it was a 1.5 hour ride and even 1 hour is not gone. So they started to slow down the shikara and including the time we spent in some bazaars it covered 1.5 hours. And when we reached there they asked for a tip and we were not at all interested to pay the amount. And when checked with a few others the per hour rate is just 500 only.
4. The driver is always interested to complete the trip ASAP and go home. He always mentioned about the ramzan fasting and going home, spending time with family. If they are that much interested to be with family then no need to come for the trip so we will get someone else. We came here and paid the per day amount to him for hearing this and adjust depending on his needs, and some days we also have to clearly tell that and deny ending the trip at 4-5 pm.
Review of my trip to Kashmir
I went to Kashmir with my family and my entire land package was managed by Joy Tours and Travels.Ms Bisma organised everything very well. Hotel bookings and place related information was conveyed wel (Read More)l in advance. We were informed about the dos and don'ts about the places to be visited which helped us to take better decisions.We enjoyed our stay in Srinagar,Sonmarg,Gulmarg and Pahalgam. All the hotels were very good and our car driver Mr Majid was also very supportive and helpful.We were actually able to experience why it's called heaven due to its mind-blowing natural beauty .#Kashmir

Amazing and superb trip organised by joy tour and travels
It was really awesome experience with Joy tour and travels.suhaib ahmed was very energetic to provide all facilities throughout the trip. We planned the trip with our 12 people group with Joy tour and (Read More) travels to Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonamarg, Pahalgam. Their management was wonderful for every time slot.
We have 3 kids under age group of 3 years but they took care of them as well. The main thing which is very important outside our home is Food. So they provided the yummy delicious food.
Being an traveller, I will say, They are best to serve anyone.
I personally say thanks to all members of Joy tour and travels Team who were there with us on this wonderful trip. We will reach back to you with more trips in near future....anarkali houseboat in Srinagar and palm spring hotel in Srinagar was just amazing....a big thanks to suhaib ahmed sir for everything...

She is soft spoken and was always available throughout the journey and helped.

The reasons are -
1. The driver was inexperienced
2. The driver was non-cooperative
3. The driver was highly unprofessional
4. The traffic police had fined t (Read More)he driver three times for incorrect papers and documents
5. The driver might have a setting with the local Horse and Sikara agents, for which, we were charged a lot for local sightseeing
6. The driver was giving wrong information and guidance in numerous instances.
I shall not recommend anyone to hire Joy tour and travels driver.

NEVER EVER BOOK YOUR KASHMIR TRIP WITH JOY TOURS AND TRAVELS
I had done an advance booking with them 3 months ago and the driver they provided on the trip was from Jammu who had ZERO knowledge on the roads of our Kashmir itenary. We missed several of our sights (Read More)eeing points because we wasted a lot of time in finding the navigation to major tourist spots. Also a different driver came for pickup at Srinagar airport who was 1.5 hrs late, so me missed a few points on the 1st day itself in Srinagar. Also on the last day, the house boat they provided was different from the one I booked and the reason they gave is that it is part of the same group, then why was this not communicated earlier? All they care about is PAYMENT to be made IMMEDIATELY without hearing your concerns, and Bisma who was incharge of our booking will literally sound threatening and will instruct us to not leave the houseboat without clearing the dues under whatever circumstance although there were network issues for any application to work in Dal lake. They are extremely bad at customer service. I have traveled a lot but this was the worst experience ever!!
So NEVER EVER BOOK YOUR TRIP WITH THEM IN YOUR GOOD STATE OF MIND!

Worst experience with Joy travels. We booked tempo traveller and they provided winger. Also in pahalgam, they promised for 2 days but only 1 day provided. They will talk to you very nicely but service (Read More) is worst. Dont book with them.

Trip to Kashmir ruined by the travel company
This travel company in Srinagar has given me worst experience in life time. The experiences We as a newly web couple have gone through urged me to post this review and help other to not commit the sa (Read More)me mistake I have done .
Ms Bisma who was my agent for the trip has only encouraged me to complete payment towards the tour according to their rules that is full payment with 48 hours of commencement of tour but nothing else in the trip was taken care of. The trip was a 4 night 5 day one. We were provided with most unhygienic and dirty cab amidst the covid pandemic for the first two days of the trip. Upon contacting multiple times and letting them know the requirements she bluntly blamed it on us as saying we contacted her late for the trip booking.
Stay at Hotel Affarwat was not okay as the place provided WiFi only for the front desk and not in the rooms above. So a full day with out network. Later upon informing Ms Bisma says that we should have informed her when it was not provided.
The second day stay was at Encco hotel and was good baring the cab ride which was a pain.
The third day stay was at Abshar at Pahalgam which was once again not okay. The rooms were not clean with heating system and hot water were not available. Once again Ms Bisma was contacted and further Mr Asif Raj was contacted who runs the company and both this time bluntly say that it is normal and least bothered for their customers.
The fourth night stay was promised to be at a hotel with decorated room and candle light dinner with a cake. And which was royally denied by Ms Bisma stating that she has planned that in some other hotel which was not mentioned in the package.
Thanks for ruing our( supposed to be best) 5 days and 4 night trip at Kashmir.

We Have visited Leh Ladakh trip through joy tour & travels.The arrangments made by IYMAN Ma'm. i m traveling most of the time of the year but first time i booked a package through travel agent. i got (Read More) super satisfied. You IYMAN the best travel agent.our experiance was wonderful. IYMAN mam helped us a lot. she was always available on just on call.all the arrangment were done very smoothly by IYMAN &JOY TOUR .The best part was that when i departed from leh to my hometown then also u were concerned that we have reached safely or not.

Worst Experience Ever

1. Unprofessional/ Rude drivers- Not arriving on time for pickup. Threatening body language.
2. Your tour programme will be changed without a (Read More)ny sort of notice.
3. Fake promises of being created like a family but in real, they only means business.
4. After canceling the tour with them, they didn't refund anything and in fact claimed for retention amount.
5. Please save your money by choosing wise options.

Worst experience ever had.. Completely ruined the road travel experience to Kashmir and laddakh.. Unapologetic and irresponsible service provider . Given a vehicle with zero safety concern( no fuel ta (Read More)nk cap, seat belts were not working). Strongly recommend not to buy there services (from ashima) . If you still want to make a deal with them, visual inspection of vehicles is recommended..

We booked a taxi from Joy travels for 7 days tour in Kashmir including Srinagar, pahalgam, Gulmarg and sonamarg, Md Fayaz the driver of innova joy taxi was right there at airport to humbly receive us. (Read More) He took us to all selected places in Srinagar & other places. The joy Office Madam duly coordinated our travel almost 2-3 times on daily basis and we were really impressed by their excellent service. We wish them much more business in future too.

Me n my husband plan our 1st honeymoon in Kashmir. We have no such idea about places n packages. We talk with 2, 3 agents But after get in touch with Joy Tour and travels specially with "Asif Bhai" (Read More). We get a faith n clearity and the arrangement are excellent hotels,food,cab all are the best n Specially our cab driver Majid Bhai. We just enjoy there company in a hole trip from srinagar to Jammu. Our holiday ended with lots of fun and full of kashmir memories...all credit goes to jou tour n travels... Asif Bhai... you r doing a very gr8 job.. keep doing like this... Kashmir Trip
I had called up Joy Tour and Travels for Cab Rentals for my Kashmir Trip, as I had booked a hotel in MMT for Stay in Srinagar. After speaking with Mr Asif, I was convinced that I can trust his company (Read More) for the entire package deal they were offering Stay, Cab etc, believe me they turned out be more then my expectation. We were travelling from Jammu to reach Srinagar, we were stuck in NH2, Ramban area for 8 hours, 4PM - 12 AM midnight, Mr Asif was constantly in touch with me over phone updating status of the NH, we reached Srinagar at 4 AM in the morning (night in Srinagar) and believe me I did not feel unsafe for a moment.
Rest of the tour was very well organised, with stays in Houseboat, Gulmarg and Srinagar were just excellent.
The Cab Drivers were courteous.
Thank You Asif Bhai, I and my family had the best Vacation till date in Kashmir
