What's Good: I made booking from your recommended agent ( India Travelling Hub) and I think it was my worst decision. Their nature was very rude to me and even the rooms that they book were of (Read More)very bad quality. After the trip they were asking us to pay extra amount of 3500 to fill up their pockets. They also asked us to not make any negative review against their firm . I would recommend you to not suggest India travelling hub to someone else for the tour package. The pics of room were different from the ones that we were alloted , and when I tried to contact them they were not picking up the call. The girl which was looking after all our bookings in entire trip said that ask our manager for any problem . The girl was very rude and was ending up the call without solving our problem. At that moment we faced out so much trouble in finding room at last minute in kasol

What's Good: Feedback on Kashmir Trip
My trip to Kashmir was amazing and unforgettable. The beautiful mountains, calm lakes, and green valleys were like a dream. Dal Lake with its shikaras a (Read More)nd houseboats was magical, and the snowy hills of Gulmarg and Pahalgam were stunning.
The people of Kashmir were very kind and welcoming. The local food, like Rogan Josh and Kahwa, was delicious, and the traditional crafts were lovely to see.
We also enjoyed fun activities like the gondola ride, trekking, and skiing. Though there were small challenges like crowded places and changing weather, the trip was perfect overall. Kashmir is truly a must-visit place!

Average Trip Experience for Shimla with Family.
I booked a 3D/2N package for shimla for my family. The coordinator was Sakshi and her senior Ashwani. She was there for any queries till end. Their pac (Read More)kage cost less than others.
The bus from Delhi to Shimla was one of the lowest rated one but experience was average. It was not volvo as mentioned. The hotel that we got (Divine Hills) was about 15 minutes near mall road but their was no view from the rooms and overall we didn't like the hotel it as below average. Then after asking they changed the hotel and the new one (Royal Hill) was good but it was at least 30 minutes away. Cab driver was good.
The worst thing was that after we completed all instaments and boarded the bus for return, the bus was one of the worst bus I have ever sat in. The bus condition was poor and it was dirty, it was again not volvo as mentioned. The ticket mentioned semi sleeper but it was ac seater with recliner seats, but there was no space between seats to recline them. The ac vents were aslo faulty and could not be turned off when wanted. It was a very uncomfortable journey and it was very bad experience.
For the overall package I would give 3.5⭐️ and for the return bus I would give 1⭐️
