Absolutely nothing. When we asked more time to clear the balance consideration as we were disatisfied with the services, we were threatened by Mr. Dipanshu who is their accountant.
We paid them advance amount however after reaching hotel we find out that they had not paid the hotel staff for the rooms and then hotel staff started asking me money and refused to let us check out. Very unprofessional behaviour

Trip to Gangtok

Transport issues: Driving was reckless and the driver was not in a good state and was driving dangerously in the Nathula pass area. Not professional and very unsafe. Arrangements: Travel arrangements were not done properly. Many unsaid exclusions and the drivers are in a hurry to finish the day trips and drop you.

I Had an amazing experience with Himani! The trip she organized was super smooth and completely hassle-free. Everything—from the food to the stay to the travel—was well planned and relaxing. Really appreciate all the effort she put in to make it such a memorable trip. Looking forward to planning the next one with her!

I recently travelled with this tour operator, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Himani planned the entire itinerary beautifully and took care of all the bookings with so much attention and care. Everything was smooth from start to finish. All the hotels were wonderful — especially Dekeling Resort in Darjeeling, which we absolutely loved! The stay in Okhrey was another highlight. (Read More) It was exactly the kind of offbeat, peaceful experience I was hoping for, and the hosts there were incredibly warm and kind. Overall, the trip was memorable, well-organized, and stress-free. Highly recommend their services to anyone planning a Sikkim or Darjeeling trip! ?✨

Iternity should be clear, else driver ask extra money for places.
Hotel provide medium room on the same catagory. Hotel prefer to provide good room for direct customer.
