What's Good: Our tour package Sikkim Darjeeling and Bhutan which you have provided the package that is hotels ,cars ,and guide are extremely well for senior citizen . There is no any complaint (Read More)for it especially Himani Joshi madam sales manager who approached to us and took efforts finalisation tour package is highly admirable so many many thanks to her.
What's Not Good: As a travelling agent you have done very nice management for us as that is for visitors we appreciated because which we paid for the trip we enjoyed it compare to other agents what you did us that is business deal is not a business it is a good return for what we paid for.Hence we are thankful to you and we hope you will do continue it for future.

Thanks to Himani and team for the trip of Gangtok and Darjeeling.It was a beautiful trip with adventure at nathula .The hotels at both places are excellent but a little bit far from market place. The (Read More)hotel at Darjeeling Uddan Dekling resort was excellent view. A little bit discomfort on the first day due to the vehicle provided but they managed well after. The Driver was also so experienced and familiar. We enjoyed a lot during the 5 days trip. Again thanks a lot to Himani & Team.

Disappointed tour

We had booked a luxury tour and I was being told that you will get a driver cum guide but instead got driver with 0 knowledge about places. Driver didn't know the way of any monuments. We travelled wh (Read More)ole tour with Google map. We requested Holiday dreamer many times to change driver but they are unable to do and was given some lame excuses every time. One more thing I was provided driver/ cab details fortnight of tour. Disappointed and they ruined our tour almost.

The services offered by Holidays Dreamer was excellent even it is a new start-up but they tried to fulfill their all commitment done while booking the trip.
The hotel provided at Mussoorie was awesom (Read More)e, little bit disappointed with the stay arrangement of camp provided at Rishikesh.. however it is ok..overall it was a nice trip..

Me and my family visited sikkim with itenary given by holidays dreamer. It was affordable and pocket friendly, staff is really good, they were available all the time with us during the whole trip.
Deeply disappointed
I can't help but express my deep disappointment with the way our trip was handled by this travel agency.
The list of goof ups is never ending.
Himani will sugar coat every word until the payment i (Read More)s made after receiving the amount they will not even bother to keep a check about your trip.
For everything we were asked to pay extra in the name of Sikkim flood. Because of their personal issues with the transporters, the driver stopped the car on the mid way to Darjeeling claiming that we did not pay the amount. Despite paying trip in full plus additional 4k for sightseeing at nathu la pass we were kept like hostages and humiliated on the mid way for extra money.
And the financial part of this mess was the icing on the cake. We had to pay an extra 8 thousand bucks due to the agency's negligence and failure to follow the plan when we agreed only for extra payment of only 3k for reaching Gangtok. That's not how we expected to spend our money on this trip.
The part was when we repeatedly warned agency that Nathula was closed due to a flood.
But Himani, our clueless tour guide was 100% sure that all permits are in place till the night before journey and suddenly at the time of leaving she realised permits are not issued.
Instead of refunding the amount for that excursion, she took even more money from us. It felt like a complete rip-off.
EVERY STEP OF JOURNEY WE WERE THREATENED THAT IT WILL BE ISSUE WITH FURTHER BOOKINGS IF WE DO NOT PAY EXTRA MONEY WHICH WAS NEVER INFORMED TO US AND AGREED.
WHEN WE REFUSED TO PAY, WE WERE TOLD THAT THERE WILL BE ISSUES WITH FURTHER BOOKINGS EVEN THOUGH TRIP WAS ALREADY PAID IN FULL.
Tour agent Himani seemed completely clueless and uninterested throughout the trip once money was paid.
Pathetic service, no empathy, horrible planning.
We wanted to donate this extra money as addition to Sikkim flood relief but lost it to this agancey.
WE ADVISE TO NOT BOOK ANY TRIP WITH THIS AGENCY OR MAKE ALL PAYMENTS WHEN ENTIRE TRIP IS COMPLETED.

Reason of telling this specifically is only because anyone can surely understand the pain of an owner of he (Read More)r own company to witness such painful and disappointing review of her client after putting so much efforts to make her client's trip happy and successful.
We never reply to the reviews with any negative perspective but this one is really important for protecting the company's reputation which is getting hampered unnecessarily and falsely.
1) Sugar Coating in this smart and dynamic world is very difficult these days, the right word is speaking to somebody with utter respect and understanding.
If there was a facility to add pictures along with this reply, we would have definitely added screenshots of the efforts put in your whole trip even after receiving payment from you. Our job is to provide services in exchange of money and to make a permanent relationship with the clients.
2) Clearly stating that due to the flood situation, not only you but each and everyone was distressed and in pain. I, Himani clearly stated that I really don't want your money to get wasted in flight and package booking, therefore we should wait till the last for deciding on continuing or cancelling the trip. Fortunately, the alternate roads were open at the time when your trip was about to start. It was clearly mentioned to you that we can proceed with the trip but extra charges are demanded by the transportation due to the long alternate route to reach the destination, on which you agreed. Please note cancelling the trip was much more beneficial for the company as compared to continuing because no money would have refunded to you in this natural disaster instead a credit note would been issued to you.
3) Transportation in Sikkim is charging almost 10K for one way of alternate route, instead you were only informed to pay 3k. This was all possible because of the proper attention and workout on your trip from backend.
4) At the time of your trip, Sikkim's every aspect was doubtful and therefore Nathula could not possible. But sadly you have missed out the point wherein you were taken for NAMCHI CHARDHAM instead of Nathula Pass for you happiness.
5) All the sentences written in Capital in the above review are just a frustation for paying extra 3k above your Package of INR 46000 for 4N5D with 3 star premium properties along with an excursion of Ravangla.
Concluding everything for above point, we sincerely respect your feelings and statements but we cannot accept them as they are totally baseless. In a natural disaster situation cancelling your trip could have resulted a cherry on top for our business and a great loss for you, I Himani always treat my clients as my own family therefore losses bared by you was not acceptable for me, therefore I asked you to continue this trip.

Holidays Dreamer Diptansu & Himani (Banti & Babali ) had given a package (holidays dreamer) for selected hotel and travel packages in Srinagar for 6 nights 7 days total Rs 2 lakh 12 thousand we paid a (Read More)lmost 90% of this ie Rs 1 lakh 89 thousand and remaining 10% amount on the last day still 23 May 2023 to 26 May 2023 It is very sad that team holidays dreamer tried to leave us family and children alone on the road in the jungle area of Gulmarg. Trying to torture us mentally and financially for the balance amount of only 10% is inhumane and highly reprehensible. The Holiday Dreamer team treated my family and friends so inefficiently and wrongly.
We expected quality services from holidays dreamer. As they are unable to provide uninterrupted services

Hope you are doing well ! whatever allegations you have leveled against our company so far are completely baseless. we are g (Read More)iving you the answer after sharing it with our entire team e.i, (Mr. Dipanshu & Kalpana Joshi) all the allegations leveled by you are baseless for which we have solid proof.
In the final itinerary email we gave you, a line was clearly written that if the mentioned hotel in the itinerary given to you is not available due to high peak season, we will give you the similar property. The hotel given to you in the mail is three stars in the final itinerary and after changing your hotel you were given a similar hotel the name of (Hotel Ice Land Srinagar) and this property is also a 3 star property which we have solid proof of. however, before your trip. we had shared the details over email and telephonic conversation. for this property you made an advance that you agreed to this given property.
Even you guys didn't follow any terms and condition scores of our company. Especially Mr. Baban even though we did not receive your payment on the date mentioned in the breakup payment date in the payment tax invoice sent to you by mail with the final itinerary. Despite non - receipt of payment, we ran your trip for 03 days. and while the clip was playing, we called you several times to get you a payment reminder. but we were not getting any kind of positive response from you people. and during this, while talking to mr. Baban, in the telephonic conversation, said that we will give you the last payment after the drop at the airport, which we did not mention anywhere. even during this trip all this, let us keep your trip continuous. But Mr. Baban has taken this decision of his own free will that we will not continue your tour anymore. during the we tried very hard to explain to Mr. Baban that the level of your trip is going on in pre booking and your all hotels are already booked from our side so if you cancel your tour here by yourself and you do not take our services then in this situation all your payments will be non - refundable from our side. and in this situation we applied our cancellation policy. which is also mentioned in your package.
And Sir, who are claiming that we had stopped your car in a forest, then we would like to tell you that in Kashmir the car never runs in the forest. Vehicles will be on the road and you are the reason for stopping the vehicle. The vehicle was stopped because you were not paying and the second reason is that you were misbehaving with the driver, whose claim the driver himself was making to us. For which we have proof.
Whatever problem happened in your tour, you yourself are responsible and so is Mr. Babban sir. You didn't listen to us at all and you just followed your heart. You guys were explained many times and a proper assistant was given. But you guys didn't cooperate with us at all and you guys only argued with us. And that's all we have shared with you in this mail so far. We have strong evidence of all these things, which we can prove and show further.
This case of yours is completely baseless and non-considerable, which we do not accept at all, because we have strong evidence of this and if you talk about compensation, then let us tell you that in this condition your entire amount is zero refundable. Whose punishment we had already done with Mr. Babban. We hope that you understand whatever we have shared with you so far and like a sensible person will decide between right and wrong.

We planned our trip to Andaman with Holidays Dreamer. Earlier I was really sceptical and doubtful to go with this company due to very low ratings and reviews of the company. But I was really comfortab (Read More)le with the agent Himani as she was making sure of every requirement to be completed. Still due to the earlier reviews I was afraid to make the payment so they first booked all my hotels and transportation and then I was supposed to pay after properly verifying the details. Everything was upto mark and really well organised by her. My trip was just amazing.
Highly professional and Organised trip to Kashmir
I went with my parents to Kashmir on there 25th anniversary. It was really beautiful and memorable trip organised by the company. Ms. Himani our travel adviser created the whole plan totally according (Read More) to needs. Hotels were chosen by us from list she gave us. Our flight tickets were also booked by her at a decent discount. It was totally worth it
Unprofessional n Poorly organized tour
I booked the tour through Holiday Dreamer for uttarakhand,till the booking confirmation Sales person Himani was very responsive n polite .The moment confirmation amount paid,modus operandi of Holiday (Read More)Dreamer start working through duo Himani n Himanshu.
First they refused to book committed hotels even after next day of booking,then they reoffred few subcategory hotel.If u not agreed to there offred hotels they start renegotiation with high price.
Hotel offred by them are below any category at Musoori.They changed the vehicle n driver by there mercy during tour without any prior intimation n communication.There drivers are unprofessional n inexperienced even dont know route of famous locations.At musoori driver refused to hotel pick n drop n ask to manage local site seeing by own.And holiday Dreamer have all logic to support these stupidity.In case of support,not recieve call n never bother to call back .
They didn't pay balance payment to respective hotel n on every checkout time we hv to coordinate with Holiday Dreamer people.
Driver didn't know itinerary,list n adress of hotels etc
Never recommended this tour operator. travelling in India since long but this is worst ever experienced

My trip was for 5 days and 4 nights. I have been going to several trips in India since 2010, but this is the WORST not because of the location but the website in which I booked. I have made my booking (Read More)s to a lady named Himani from holiday dreamers. Firstly, she was speaking very politely with me and my family member but after making the first payment she started to show her original face. The damn rude and disrespectful lady, shown her full attitude towards us.
First day my plane was from Chennai to Srinagar. My plane was cancelled due to the heavy snowfall in Srinagar. So I went to Jammu through another plane. So 1 day was cancelled for me.
The next day was for Sonmarg..even the driver which she booked tried to cheat us. He said Sonmarg is NOTHING. But we were very conscious about the location and was arguing with him for nearly two hours to go to Sonmarg. He and that lady Himani was lying like anything that no one else could do it.
My one day houseboat stay was cancelled. She said that Shikhara Ride was complimentary for us. But they didn’t take us. That lady Himani is really money minded toxic lady.
I strictly advise you not to book through this company(Holiday Dreamers) to any places.

Driver was good.. luckily but was not satisfied with the hotel provided far from mall road was at Bhimtal 1st day was a waste due to travelling... since hotel was an hour away from mall road.Jim Corbe (Read More)t good. 2rd hotel even thought it was 10 mins away from mall road difficult to reach and steep slope we cannot take the car everytime and was with snr citizen to climb thm up was difficult.. electricity issue too

Trip to Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam
My visit to Srinagar-pehalgam-Katra was between 30th November and 9th December. The travel agent I chose as per your recommendation was Holidays Dreamer. Most of the expectations went false like :
(Read More)1. Old Etios was provided in the place of well maintained SWIFT as assured
2. The hotel rooms at Hotel MILAD are very small for a two member occupation and inspite of approaching the travel agent, no change was provided.
3. The payment term agreed upon verbally was final settlement on the day of departure. One day before the day of departure, I received a call from Ms. Himanshu / Mr. Dipanshu demanding to settle the payment immediately.. While I expressed my willingness to do so on departure, I was threatened that 4 men would come and throw us out of the hotel if we dont check out of the hotel at evening 8pm.
Hope you understand their mis-behavior and ill treating the guests (Two women) despite paying the charges they quoted without any bargaining despite the fact that other travel agents offered much lesser.
In all probability being a Government of India Officer, the ill treatment i received has never happened in my lifetime and I sincerely request you to black list HOLIDAYS DREAMER and not to recommend to anyone at any cost. They are not travel agents they are the real time goons.
The only courage that took us was my brother, a major at ARMY BASE who sent 3 of his men with a car and waited outside the hotel only to safeguard us till 3 am morning.
I place on record the jovial nature and good manners of the driver Rafiq al through. The lady with whom i communicated Ms. Himani is worst of a woman category I have come across in my life time.
