My overall experience from booking a trip to Sikkim is very good. From day 1 Mr. Raj from Holiday Season was in touch with me and give me an excellent support for all bookings. Driver was also a good man(non alcoholic), calm and with lot of patience. He knows that area very well. I think we should visit this place after some rainfall as it will be green everywhere. we enjoyed a lot. l Our stay in (Read More)Sikkim was in Hotels & resort, it was second best thing to stay in lap of nature and the first one is kanchanzunga romantic point. I would love to go again and recommend this company to all my friends and family.
All the services given by agent of Holiday Season is as per booked. All the places covered as per itinerary. The entire time agent was in touch with me. He fulfilled any on the spot requirement whenever we needed. Hotels are awesome in every cities. Taxi service was also very good and transporter Abhinash was very helpful. I had a trip to Darjiling with my family and I was afraid in starting as I did not have any idea about how things would work during the travel. It's really a headache to manage things in organised and we'll mannered but this company took great care of our tour and showed responsibility at each and every time for our trip to Darjiling. I booked a package for Manali and it was a great experience. The trip was well coordinated by holiday season. Thx to Raj who has speciali worked to ensure. That there is no hassle. Hotel accommodation provide was also comfortable. overall a great trip and great experience . Highly recommended this company.

Trip to Delhi, Agra, Jaipur
1st:they were very nice in their treatment until i did the payment everything changed into worse.after the payment i waited more than one month to receive one of the hotels vouchers.after i escalated the agent sent me the voucher which i discovered after i went that he booked a different hotel with the same name.this hotel was very far from the city center.the new booking done also BB(bed and brea (Read More)kfast) and not half board as we were agreed.(i have all documents )
2nd:i have asked them from the beginning that i need all my reservations to be near the city center but after i went i found all the booked hotels very far from the city which take me more than an hour to go to any place or to return back to the hotel.
3rd:i asked the agent before i traveled about how they wanted me to pay the rest of the money(the currency) they chose after the INR they preferred the Egyptian pounds not dollars.after i went they started to blame me for paying in Egyptian pounds as they lost money in converting which was not my fault(all conversation saved).
4th:i missed my flight and they charged me the whole charge for the hotel and the transportation for that day.when i tried to talk with them their agent talked to me in a very rude way(all conversation saved).
5th:i cut my stay and i returned back to my country i asked them to give my money back for the last 4 nights that i did not stay they refused and they told me that they paid the money to the hotel which is not true as i checked with the hotel and nothing done from what they said.
they are not organised. they do not care bout there guests.

1st. Our agent gave you this trip on very cheap price and we took only 40 percent in advance to book your all services. Hotels you decided we did not even you liked to stay 5 star hotel in Agra we agreed (all conversation we have also saved) We already updated you your hotel in Jaipur is not confirmed we never give fake commitment before get confirmation from hotels. As we have given upgraded same hotel in Jaipur as you want. We gave you dinner in Delhi as we did not offer d you.
2nd. Hotels you decided and you did not want to change it our agent offered you best hotels but you denied and agreed on your preference (all conversation saved)
3rd. That was not your fault even our, your currency was very difficult to convert on that time even you knew that on that time banks were closed due to festivals in India.
4th You missed your flight that was not our fault you did not update us about that. Our diver was waiting for long time at airport. This is totally private tour we do not count day wise payment. You use services or not charges will be same.
5th Last night you told about your flight details you have booked your flight on 31st December and promised to call to agent next morning but you did not call him and went directly to airport without any information ( all conversation saved)
As far as your grievance is concerned, we do not remain in position to go for last minute cancellations. This is the sole reason why we could not proceed with your concern at that point of time. Since hotels do not refund the deposit in such circumstances where the client fails to show up, how could you expect from us to refund the same.
Nevertheless, we at Holiday Season India will always strive to leave no stone unturned to make each and every tour successful. We at Holiday Season India understand that every penny counts but please try to understand our position as well.
We do hope that this correspondence will cast aside the confusions, which lead you to draw negative inferences in the process.
