Toy train ka per person 1000 lgta hai engine wala..par tour operator ne mujhse 1500 le liye hum 6 log the..3000 ka froud ho gya..or tour operator nka behaviour bhut khrab tha..jab tak booking confirm hone ka baad bhut khrab behaviour tha..tour operator ka naam prabhat tha.... hollyday heavens se kabhi book na kraye..agar family sath hai to bilkul bhi nhi...mujhe personality bhut kuch bola gya.ki a (Read More)ap chattisgarh ke log froud hote ho ye sab..or service bhut khrab.. pelling me pawan naam ka driver mila Jo thik se ghumaya bhi nhi hum log kanchanjunga waterfall miss kr diye... please hollyday heavens se kabhi book na kre....mera experience bhut khrab rha or pure trip me koi problem solve krne or sunne wala nhi tha...phle do pelling me esa room diye jisme insects tha or room bhut kharab tha phir tour operator room change krne ka extra charge mangne lga..mera pura trip driver se hotel se tour operator se contact krne me nikal gya...sab arrangement mai khud se ki tour operator ka service bhut bekar tha..ese tour operator ko ban kr dena chahiye or service ka ek parameter set Krna chahiye or ek complain portal hona chahiye..taki log ese froud tour operator se bache.....or apne trip enjoy kre..trip easy rahe..ye pure trip holiday heaven ke karan stressful ho gya... please take some action taki kisi or ke sath esa mat ho...mere sath hua hai...mujhe raat ko 11:40 ko call kiya gya..bhut unprofessional annoying tour operator tha... holiday heaven ke trip me mai or meri family harrass hue hai..

Awesome arrangement. Specially hotel provided us during this journey really very good. Agents (Sujoy Das) is very good and polite and helpful during this journey. I m totally satisfied with the overall arrangement. I had great experience during this journey. No hazard I have to face during my tour to darjeeling. My journey date was 25/07/2025 and ended up 29/07/2025.

Braved through the Darjeeling rains and was able to see a number of tourist spots. All thanks to our cab driver who was determined to show us almost all possible tourist spots in a single day.
The Gangtok trip left us wanting for more. Had a wonderful time sightseeing but couldn't complete the same in just 2 days.

Hotel Mandala Darjeeling was not upto the standard. They lacked in so many aspects for a professional hotelier, making the customers wait. Breakfast was not ready, hotel boys were not available to help carry the luggage. Hope they read this review and improvise on these lines.
