To Hill Dekho Team We would like to place on record that our trip to Tawang and other places arranged by you was excellent... The cab provided was in very good condition. The driver Rakeeb Ali was polite, had knowledge of the various tourist spots and its route,and was accommodative. The Hotels and Home stays were also nice. Nicely organised Got help from agency regarding instant booking of another property as the one booked was not proper
Dawki property was below standard and I think Dawki should be avoided Driver after reaching the property is done for the day should follow itineraries as per the ones provided to him

Well organized and economical rates by hill Dekho compared the quotes we received.. Stress free travel
Hotel options were very limited like 1 or 2 , even after so many asks we were not given better options. but its a decent stay. They need to improve the suggestions and give more resort / nature oriented stays based on the customer needs, not a generic stay for all

Great value trip! Meghalaya was a great relief from the blistering heat during summers in other parts of the country. Great atmosphere, weather and nature.
Some miscommunication between the driver and the agency. But was resolved promptly.

Overall experience was good
The selection of rooms, I was told I would be provided with 3 star properties On day -1 we had room booked quite far away from the town, it was too steep to reach there, driver denied to take us up and made us walking.

I had booked 7D trip to Meghalaya. Driver and Sedan car provided was good. Out of the three stays, First one - Woodland hill stay at Shillong was like a home stay accommodation with limited meal option and complimentary breakfast was just one item. Food was ok. Second one - Riverside resort at Cherapunjee was like a hotel stay but very limited meal option and the location of the resort is (Read More) far away from main road and the connection roads were not that good. Complimentary breakfast is just ok ok type with one main item. Third one - Treetops residency at Shillong was like a typical hotel stay with good meal option. complimentary breakfast is good with two items. In addition, so many hotels are near police bazar (shillong) where we can try different cuisines. Driver took us to the places as mentioned in itinerary for the first 4 days.
Remaining 3 days, driver told the tourist spots mentioned in the itinerary are not that great and took us only to two places. As per the information provided upfront, parking fee is part of the package whereas during the travel, driver paid parking fee only in few areas and we paid in most of the spots. A clear communication about parking fee should have been provided to the driver and travels con (Read More)tact person should ensure that tourist spot visit as per itinerary is happening on daily basis. Since we were from Southern part of India, we were little hesitant to speak out and had language barrier to ask the same to driver.
