Reena is extremely helpful, while planning the trip as well as during the trip. She goes out of her way to help and guide as much as she can. We booked a package for Sri Lanka through her and had a (Read More)really good time. She was always available on call/WhatsApp for any and everything, which made our experience great. We did have a few concerns re the accommodation booked, which created a few hiccups, but Reena ensured that the hotels delivered as much as they could. We just think that maybe better hotels could have been booked in 2/6 cities.
