Just greatest example of irresponsibility and overall threatening tourists who trust them

During package they send you most beautiful hotel with photos that will attract you. But just before trip when you pay 25% of amount they will give you another hotel voucher by saying that previous de (Read More)al hotel are full due to season time. They send me 2 photos of manali hotel where 1st one is outer portion of a high graded hotel where as 2nd one is photo of a lower graded hotel(seen in screenshot) .It is not end. after reaching manali also they sending to another small cottage like hotel whose construction is so weak that can fall down.when I contact trip manager himangshu Arora and archana mam after hot conversation he gives many excuses but we were so tired that's why I entered room that was very very poor. Non veg food was in our package in breakfast and dinner both. But they served no non veg item in breakfast for a single day. When I told himanshu Arora that you are doing wrong with us he threats that 10% of package with many hidden charges that are not included in package have to pay. Whenever I ask him is it right he says it is wrong but you have to pay whole hidden charges and threats our family that they will stop car and dont let us go anywhere from Himachal. Our family was felling helpless. It is story of irresponsibility and threatening that we faced some days ago. Photos are they send during package but not provided. You should think 100 times before you book through this travel. I booked showing good review but now I understand most of review are paid.
