We travelled to Krabi and Phuket for a week with Galaxy Travels The whole trip was very well managed and coordinated. The ground Team in Thailand was very receptive and responded quickly whenever needed. We had a great time and enjoyed thoroughly. Special Mention to Mr. Vikram Saini from Galaxy travels who handled all our bookings and trip planning and customized the whole package. Initial interaction with sales person
Very poor service and an extremely unreliable travel company. Our recent trip to Thailand was badly mishandled right from the beginning. They have still not processed the refund they committed, and there has been no response to our messages or calls. Before the payment was made, we received constant follow-up calls asking us to complete the payment. However, once the payment was done, we did no (Read More)t even receive a proper payment receipt. We also had to repeatedly call them just to get the contact details of the local representatives at the destination. There is clearly no proper coordination between their sales team and operations team. The standard reply from the sales team was always, “We will check with our team and get back,” but they never actually followed up. They also failed to follow the agreed itinerary. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we spent a lot of time trying to contact them and resolve issues, even incurring additional international roaming charges. Overall, it was a horrible experience rather than a pleasant travel experience. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking with this travel company.

Very poor service and an extremely unreliable travel company. Our recent trip to Thailand was badly mishandled right from the beginning. Our tour consultant, Vikram Saini, was very responsive and polite until we completed the full payment. However, once the payment was made, the service completely changed. We were not even provided with the contact details of the local team in Bangkok. Fortunately (Read More), we had booked our air tickets ourselves. We landed in Bangkok on 13th February 2026 morning as per the itinerary, but after landing we were left stranded because we had no contact numbers. After repeatedly calling the company and waiting for almost two hours at the airport, they finally arranged a cab. It was a very stressful start to the trip. Unfortunately, the same issues continued throughout the five-day trip. There was clearly no proper coordination between their sales team and operations team. Every time we called the sales team, their standard reply was: “We will check with our team and get back.” But they rarely followed up or resolved the problem. They also did not follow the agreed itinerary. Some places mentioned in the itinerary were skipped, most likely to avoid paying the entrance fees that had already been collected from us. On multiple occasions, we had to wait for hours for the cab. In one instance, after waiting nearly two hours, we finally had to take a cab ourselves just to reach our hotel. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we spent most of our time trying to contact the travel company, even incurring additional international roaming charges. Overall, it turned out to be a horrible experience rather than a pleasant vacation. I would strongly not recommend this travel company to anyone.
