Overall the travel package, staff and cab driver were very good and friendly. One small problem was with the hotel which I asked the tourers to book extra (out of the package provided). That extra (Read More)hotel was very poor. But the package itenary and hotels were good. Just had one small problem. Other then that a good trip.

We went to 5 days trip to Dubai and Abudhabi during first week of February 2020 with the group of 12 persons. Flyeazy vacations arranged the trip excellently. The drivers all the days with smiling faces and visited all the places as per itenary. This was the first family trip and that too taking a tour package I was in a dillema, would this be successful and I am person who likes to roam around and book the hotels at the place instead through (Read More) package but to my suprise it was arranged superbly by the travel agent Ms. Nikat and Mr. Arafat and the tempo traveller and the driver was also good..He knew Hindi which helped us communicate well... There were little loopholes like in one room in Rameshwaram (Hotel temple tower) where the soap was kept we used to get electric shock it was told to the hotel manager but he turned it deaf hear.. Otherwise hotels were also good in every location Thanx for such a good experience.. Would also like to thank tripcrafter team as well..it's a unique concept

in munnar the cottage is very far about 14 km. they didnt even allow to make some noise for our entertainment.food wass good and the service as well. in alleppy the boathouse is not worthy.even there (Read More)they didnt allow for entertainment.after 10 they didnt allow to make some fun together. the haulting place is not good as we cannot go anywhere from there. its 6km away from town. its not worthy for a group of people. might be good for honeymoon couples.

We regret that you didn't like our service at the same time we also like to inform you that whatever we have committed we have done that f (Read More)or you.In fact we have upgraded rooms for you in Munnar by giving Honeymoon Cottage but we have commited only Deluxe Cottage; We have committed Deluxe Houseboat in Allepey but we gave Premium Houseboat at the end. We have committed for Deluxe room in Kovalam but we gave you Suite Room at the End. We did all just to make you happy, but you still don't like our service.

Right from take off from Chennai thro' Indigo to Cochin till the time of our landing back in Chennai from Cochin, we had a very pleasant, hassle free tour. Our Stay in Ernakulam at Dunes and our Stay (Read More)in Birds Valley Resorts in Munnar and our sight seeing trips in and around Munnar as well as Cochin including Athirapaaly water Falls, Fort Cochin, Jews Town, Lulu Mall, Boat Ride at Munnar, Elephant Ride and Jungle Jeep safari, a bit of Shopping everything was well organized and assisted by Flyeazy and their counterparts. Me and my wife planned for and instant vacation. After surfing many travel sites, we came across TripCrafters. They sent us the contact for Flyeasy. Spoke to Mr. MOHAMMAD. Very polite, helpful and und (Read More)erstanding. He customised our package understanding our needs- low price but high quality. It was for 4 adults, 1 child and an infant for 5 nights and 6 days. The 1st day ...16 Nov....we were greeted and received by Mr. MATTHEW. At the beginning it was just like the tourist to driver feeling..but as the day progressed and we got to know each other...the feeling changed from a driver to a FRIEND....very polite...humble....understanding. ..actually short of words...but yes I can blindly say...he is the best. We stayed at a cottage in Munnar for 2 days whr Mr. THANKKAPPAN took great care. The next day we moved to Tekkady where we stayed at another cottage. Mrs. Cheryl who owned this property was like a family member....taking care of everything. ...Of course we had Mr.Matthew who also took care of our comfort and confirmed with us about it everything. The fourth night was in Allepey whr we were put up in a house boat...the food was yummy....and the people were caring as well. .but we missed Matthew. With great memories we will miss Gods Own Country and of course Mr.Matthew and others. MR.MOHAMMAD. ..THANK U FOR ARRANGING SUCH A GREAT VACATION.

During puja holidays I went to TAMIL NADU and KARNATAKA with my family. The entire tour was programmed by Flyeazy. I did not know why but I selected Flyeazy amidst some other agencies. there was stick in munnar for more than 7days while booking they never informed us. When we went there eventhough we paid money we were not taken to sight seeing & they took us to some horrible places (Read More) like amusement park, boating & elephant ride which we can enjoy in bangalore itself. While coming back to bangalore we were not dropped to bus stop. We have to carry our things & walk almost 1kms. We dont know the language nor the place correctly we struggled a lot for SRS bus stop. Wasim was incapable of doing things nor they r professionally organized. Over all he service as horrible. My holiday was purely waste of money of Rs.12900/-.
