I wish I could give zero rating instead of one. Absolutely horrendous experience with them. My ticket was cancelled twice and they said it was cancelled by the airlines. But my friend, for the same ti (Read More)cket with the other agent and her ticket was not cancelled. I rearrange somehow by directly contacting the airline. Stay away from them unless you enjoy stress and disappointment. Save yourself from the headache andbook elsewhere.
