Title: Arrogant Behaviour & Lack of Transparency - Avoid Freelivacation* I had one of the worst B2B experiences with Freelivacation. The owner acts like he is the most knowledgeable person, but he c (Read More)ompletely fails to understand an agent's genuine concerns. When I asked about costing calculations, he called me a "novice", said I am "new to the industry and don't know anything", and told me "If you don't know calculations, it's your headache. It's alright." After being dismissive and refusing to clarify, he just ended the conversation with a sarcastic "All the best to you and your guests" — highly unprofessional. Other red flags: - No contact number on the website to reach him directly. - Itineraries shared with hidden/extra costs, not including everything. - No basic courtesy in how to speak with travel agents or clients. I will never trust this website or recommend it to anyone. Please get complete cost break-up in writing before you deal with them.

The itinerary was well-planned, accommodations were comfortable, and all services were delivered exactly as promised. They were always available to clear doubts and provided quick assistance whenever needed. If you’re looking for a reliable and hassle-free travel partner, I would definitely recommend FEELIVACATION. Truly a memorable and stress-free travel experience!
