It was a nice experience to go round Srilanka for 5 days. We enjoyed break fast in all the Hotels which was paid along with the room rent. Driver was nice and friendly. However, entry fees were not (Read More)arranged through Driver. We had to pay for the entry and was reimbursed later. As promised, mineral water bottles were not provided on arrival at airport as well as while on tour to various places. Similarly, wifi was not available in the car and in the Royal Hills Hotel room at Nuwara Eliya.

Ezi holidays did a good job but have to be more careful in thier quotations (as there is a lot of hidden charges) and explain procedure clearly to customer.

It was so good.... Sumithra To be honest, when we started the Trip Plan I wasn’t sure we could plan off completely but you certainly did it and did it well.
