What's Not Good: I had a deeply disappointing experience with Emerging Vacation that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Ram, the main point of contact, was unavailable during crucial moments, (Read More) citing personal reasons. This lack of professionalism and absence of support when it mattered most was unacceptable. Adding to the frustration, the associate assigned to assist us lacked any authority to make decisions, leaving us stranded and unsupported during key moments of the trip. There was zero cooperation from the team, and it felt like our concerns were completely ignored. Despite having a late-night flight, we were required to check out of the hotel at noon with no proper arrangements made for the intervening hours. Even after voicing our concerns multiple times, the company failed to provide any satisfactory resolution. To make matters worse, we were charged ₹1,78,000 for hotel bookings, while the same hotels were available online for ₹1,31,000. When questioned, the company claimed that "offline bookings are more reliable," a justification that felt like an excuse to overcharge us. When we tried to provide feedback about these issues, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The company’s lack of accountability and unwillingness to address our concerns showed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Overall, this experience was a complete letdown. I would strongly advise against booking with Emerging Vacation, as they lack transparency, professionalism, and the ability to provide even basic customer support.
