Absolutely disgraceful service. This travel agent is shockingly incompetent and should not be dealing with customers at all. From start to finish, the experience was a complete disaster—no communicati (Read More)on, no professionalism, and zero effort. Simple tasks were mishandled, follow-ups were ignored, and every interaction felt like a waste of time. Instead of doing their job, they passed on stress, confusion, and problems to me. There was no apology, no accountability, and clearly no concern for customer satisfaction. This level of service is unacceptable and embarrassing. Avoid at all costs.
The trip planner Mr. Ashish is good overall. arrangements were done properly and the stay was good.
