Trip to Dalhousie, Manali, Shimla, Kasol, Himachal Pradesh
What's Good: The food at hotels were good but the items are fixed, Aloo paratha for breakfast, and roti sabji for dinner everywhere.
What's Not Good: The accomodation were really chea (Read More)p, I was promised a 3 star hotel however the accommodations provided were either a 2 star or even lower in some cases like Dharmashala and Dalhousie. Also the hotels were very far away from City. The itenerary the provide feels like there are school much places to visit however all those places mentioned are just one beside the other, they just try to make an impression that they have covered everything. The driver was very rude and had a very unprofessional behaviour. He showed a lot of attitude from day 1. He did not heed to our voice and most carried on like he pleased never followed the itenerary. He made us pay extra out of nowhere citing reason that he doesn't work after 7pm however the next day we travelled to Manali very late night with no extra charges. He was all about making extra money from us through commissions and would offer okay done punjabi rap which was very horrible to listen to. Overall I would not recommend booking a trip with this tour operators. Please look for some tour operators from your local area as they will know people and the good name matters to them.

All hotels met the agreed category that was Deluxe and were selected to balance comfort, budget, and proximity to the itinerary. In locations like Dharmashala and Dalhousie, hotel options may be limited due to the nature of the region, and hotels are in 10-15minutes of distance so that you can have peaceful trip and good view hotels and we ensured you were placed in clean, reputable properties within the agreed package range.
Regarding the itinerary, it was shared well in advance and designed to maximize sightseeing in a realistic time frame. The places mentioned are major tourist attractions, and their proximity is a geographic fact, not a misleading tactic. We're transparent in our approach and have never presented a quantity-over-quality model.
As for the driver, this is the first complaint we’ve received regarding his conduct. We have verified with our local team that he followed the route and timing as planned. Claims of rudeness, extra charges, and personal conduct are subjective and inconsistent with the feedback we’ve had from other travelers with the same driver. If any concerns had been raised during the trip, we would have taken immediate corrective action — unfortunately, no such communication was made during the tour.

What's Good: I came in contact to Kriti and from day 1 till the day I was back home she was in continuous contact, we missed bus in delhi due to traffic but then we scared how to go to manali b (Read More)ut kriti arrange another bus with in 10 mints and she guide us properly and she’s continuing contact with us till we reached manali. The hotel is also awesome and from gallery out side view is fabulous thanx to Kriti. Our driver - Babalu ji was very sweet and cooperative. Hes always guide us to where we go and which place is good to go. Would really recommend Dreamland tours and travels for anyone who wants to have a hassle free and relaxing trip to Himachal.

What's Good: I booked my Anniversary Trip to Shimla and Manali with Dreamland yours and travels. It was our first time visiting himachal and so we wanted someone to preplan it for us so that we (Read More) can just relax and worry about nothing. I came in contact with Kiran and from day 1 till the day I was back home she was in continuous contact, checking on us, checking with the driver about our well being and our location updates. The hotels she arranged for us were top notch. To our suprise, Kiran upgraded us into super delux hotel with great view for our manali stay. That was so sweet of her. Our driver - Manoj ji was very very very sweet and cooperative. I was unwell for the first 3 days of the trip and he made sure to get me meds and food, frequent bathroom stops and he was our guide for the tour too. Would really recommend Dreamland tours and travels for anyone who wants to have a hassle free and relaxing trip to Himachal.

The stay at Hotel Royal Regency, Shimla was very Good, breakfast ? and dinner was complementary and very nice view from the spacious restaurant and room balcony?
though the stay at manali was amazing, regarding rooms and facilities.
However the location of hotel was very near to mall street, so that didn't present any problem.

Don't take Service of Dreamland Tour and Travels.
Trip to Manali, Shimla, Kullu
We booked our trip to Manali from 24.10.23 to 29.10.2023. For my family which includes 2 adults and two kids. As per our deal I paid them 54000 for golden plus package which includes 4 star hotels in (Read More)shimala as well as manali.
They booked 3 star in shimala and forced me to pay the remaining ammount.
After going to Manali which is 3 night stay, they book lodge where our vehicles took 30 minut to reach and no parking.
Our room on 4th floor where there is no lift.
The smell in hotel unable to bear and it is nothing but a petty lodge.
I requested for change of property but they didn't and threatened like anything. It was around 9.00 PM and chilling cold my kids are hungry the situation is very pathetic for me.lastly with my additional money I booked another hotel which I paid seperately.
Next morning on 27.10.2023 due to betray we about to leave the manali but thought of site seeing and planned for returning on 28.10.2023.
Suddenly I got phone call from manali police station complaining about money payment from our side.
On 27.10.2023.
With my family I visited police station and explained all situations. I appreciate Manali Police they helped us very cordially and asked my tour agent Miss. Kiran Thakur and Ritesh Sharma for paying of new hotel. So thanks to Manali Police for this help.
At last I suggest don't book any tour for this servic angent, they don't care for their clients and they betray with you.

We went on a girls trip and Kiran from Dreamland Tours and travel made our journey memorable by booking the most beautiful stays within budget. She also made sure we were safe wherever we were. So dur (Read More)ing the Kheerganaga trek some boys were getting clingy and we shared our location with Kiran. We took help from the locals while Kiran sent someone from the camps to help us. She also kept checking on us in the camps where there was no means of communication via camp staff. I would give a 100 stars if I could. Highly recommended.
