Also Kindly Check the Hotel names mentioned in your Quote all same provided only 1 hotels in Pahalgam Changed from Tulip Resorts to Royalton Pahalgam , all Guest can Check Both The Properties online and find which 1 is better . We only upgraded not degraded .

Dear Mr. Hussian, we Also have all Recordings & Written Documents, where you specifically asked for Jungle Resort in Wayand , Our Team Suggested you many properties & You asked for that only , & in Monsson if your booking a jungle resort then you needs to be ready for jungle adventure as these species found in Jingle only . Also If after checking all hotels videos & and we booked your suggested hotel & you agreed for Payment term Given before Booking Then why you started Lying & not paying the same accordingly . Also When You Told us you are facing a problem due to leaches & all we told you ok in morning property will be changed And Same has been done . Regarding Vehicle The day 1 We discussed on that you said vehicle is fine & Comfortable as 2019 Modal New Vehicle Cant have this kind of problems so we request you kindly don't lie on that . As you are updating you have call recordings & all so we request you lets Go Leagal to prove everybody's point . So That This kind of Fake representation on your own recommendation then Blaming others can be resolved .

Dear Mr. Cedric Greetings For the Day !!! We Value your feedback & will try to overcome the loopholes if there is any . However we want to update on your above post , that complete package will be booked as per your given instructions only . As you mentioned about Sisu once you crossed Solang we had given option inclusive of that also but you selected option without Sisu as per your budget . Hotels options also as per your instructions only as you told Good hotels in Shimla , Manali & In Chandigarh you need budgeted options, otherwise if your were ok to spend money we will provide similar option in Chandigarh also . Regarding distance from 1 destination to other , we request kindly check quote once where distance between destination is mentioned very clearly also our executive told you the same as its a regular practice while briefing package Itinerary . Regarding Vehicle Ac In Himachal All Innova car having front Ac Cooling Only . We told you to upgrade the same while booking the package to Innova Crysta but Still Budget Concern was there . Also as you updated us 1 day prior to change the Car i.e in evening time so sir Kindly note during peak time , its difficult to arrange vehicles on Realtime basis . Same we have informed at that time only . Also all the services , Hotels , Vehicles sightseeing's will be given as per written Document , So we don't understand where is the confusion & lack . We always request our customer to put expectation to a level only for which you are paying , you are selecting hotel options. As basic 3 star hotels cant provide luxury of 5 Star hotels & Innova cant become Innova Crysta .

Dear Mr. Abhilash , Thanks For your Review , however , whatever communicated to you has been provided, Total fare for flights which has been charged that is 8678 , Now one flight that is of air pegasus that has been cancelled from ailines end costing only 2200 and 6478 for Indigo Airlines , so refund will be possible only for that amount , as discounted fare given to you and charged as per that only . Please check the final package Email . all things mentioned there correctly .

Dear Mr. Dubey , thanks for your feedback . first of all as you mentioned driver charges 2000 extra while the dropped you at Jammu , vehicle booked for you was indigo , on spot you told i need bigger vehicle , on spot tavera vehicle provided to you and at that time only team told you up-gradation charges will be INR 2000 extra you agreed for same , thats why same has been charged . as you mentioned for hotels we have given you options you chose budgeted option as per your budget . so things will be according to that only.

Dear Mr. Rajesh, thanks for your valueable feedback , however just want to highlight one thing , Package offered to you are as per your budget only as previously we offered you a package which were with good hotel but you told my budget is this much and i cant go beyond this , in a peak season travelling date 25- dec ( Christmas & new year Eave , ) in that budget that was the best possible option , however we have already set your expatiation according to that only .
