2 hotels were good.
We booked Kerala Tour Package with Discover my travel. We had average experience with them. Two hotels were good. Two hotels were downright bad. To maximize their profits, they (Read More)kept us in the dark and booked a lower category hotel than good one in kovalam. When we called them, they didn't do anything which was very disheartening. Please be very careful with them if you are booking tour with them. Ask every details about hotels upfront and then give payment. Good bye.

Went for Kerala trip to munnar alleppy kovalum,before booking they told me to pay ASAP as bookings are very less during diwali. So i paid all the installments well in time. Even paying the first insta (Read More)llment in July they can't provided double deck houseboat(they told me they will try). Whereas the boatman said it could be as I booked on July, 4 month early. I don't know how Mr Rishi said me the all boats were booked in January for diwali season(I don't thik its a valid excuse). Even he cut the call without giving me a chance to explain. Other than this only house boat given the welcome drink not the other hotels which is there in my itinerary.

Food on boat was good however The boat was disgusting, in a very poor condition & unkept. In the evening the toilet jammed. I took a package for trivandrum, varmala and kanya kumari and it was just an ok experience. The driver assigned to us doesnt know anything and he not interested in showing us around and not familiar w (Read More)ith the sightseeing locations.

We only upgraded not degraded .

Dear Mr. Hussian, we Also have all Recordings & Written Documents, where you specifically asked for Jungle Resort in Wayand , Our Team Suggested you many properties & You asked for that only , & in Mo (Read More)nsson if your booking a jungle resort then you needs to be ready for jungle adventure as these species found in Jingle only . Also If after checking all hotels videos & and we booked your suggested hotel & you agreed for Payment term Given before Booking Then why you started Lying & not paying the same accordingly .

Hi Mr.Rishi
1. Sissu was never offered in our tour, in fact all of you said no chance of snow in Manali. Thanks to the driver we got there with extra cost. If you had told we can see snow money was n (Read More)ever the issue. If we knew this we would have cancelled Shimla as we always had snow as priority. Even your agent knows this.
2. About the car,i told you i want to upgrade with extra cost but that you did not do. In fact basic coming was not there. And most innovas have fromt and rear cooling. While booking no one told us no rear cooling, only on last day when i asked it was told, that too when i told to upgrade it was not done.
3. About hotels, we paid extra for hotels.. Please check your base quote it was 50,000 we upgraded most things and quote was 79,000.
At least admit the gaps insted of blaming customer that too about cost. I have all the invoices. In fact we only asked upgrade in Shimla and Manali for more expensive hotels.

As you mentioned about Sisu once you crossed Solang we had given option inclusive of that also but you selected option without Sisu as per your budget . Hotels options also as per your instructions only as you told Good hotels in Shimla , Manali & In Chandigarh you need budgeted options, otherwise if your were ok to spend money we will provide similar option in Chandigarh also . Regarding distance from 1 destination to other , we request kindly check quote once where distance between destination is mentioned very clearly also our executive told you the same as its a regular practice while briefing package Itinerary . Regarding Vehicle Ac In Himachal All Innova car having front Ac Cooling Only . We told you to upgrade the same while booking the package to Innova Crysta but Still Budget Concern was there . Also as you updated us 1 day prior to change the Car i.e in evening time so sir Kindly note during peak time , its difficult to arrange vehicles on Realtime basis . Same we have informed at that time only .

Munnar and Alleppey Honeymoon Tour
Blossom Hill resort in Munnar is awesome and best in ambience and hospitality. The driver named Rajesh. Vehicle number KL 67 8066. He didn't take us to any palaces mentioned by the travel agency. He t (Read More)ook us to Dreamland Adventure park for which we paid 1000 per head. And he introduced us to another person named Anoop. He took us to Ponmodi Dam, Hanging bridge, Ripple waterfall for which he charged 4k and we bargained and paid 3100 rupees. Rajesh again took us back to the hotel. We asked him to take us to tea plantation, blossom garden, Sanctuary which is mentioned by discover my travel team. Driver said all those are waste and he took us to other places where we had to pay huge. Next day We were take to Alappuzha houseboat. They provided us RAJADHANI HOLIDAYS houseboat. Premium without upper deck. But I specially mentioned them while booking that I need premium houseboat with upper deck. Only at the time of check-in we came to know about this and they didn't inform me earlier. Highly disappointed. No change of boat as well. Some other person called me stating he is the incharge of house boats and he told me that both with and without upper deck cost the same and nothing can be changed now. They spoiled my honeymoon plan. Extremely unhappy. They say that this is a premium houseboat. But it doesn't make us feel so. AC not working properly. Worst conditioned fans. No proper lock for the doors in bedroom and bathroom as well. I'm giving 2 stars only because the hotel in Munnar was nice. Other than that everything else was waste. I complaint about this to an executive in DISCOVER MY TRAVEL. Her name is Sunaina. She says sorry for this experience. What am I gonna do with her sorry? Waste of time and waste of money. They ate my money and killed my honeymoon experience.

Services rendered by taxi driver Mr Vipin were excellent. Hotel services at Dalhousie were excellent but hotel Annapurna at Dharamshala was not upto the mark purhaps it was not three star hotel. Break (Read More)fast ,Dinner was arranged at adjoining hotel at 3rd floor no lift was provided and for senior citizens like was difficult to climb stairs for two times in a day.Dicount provided was compensated by providing inferior hotel. Overall it was good experience . We can consider for future provided such type of deficiencies are solved for senior citizens like us.

Thanks to discovermytravel for making my honeymoon trip a memorable one. Everything was so well planned that i had nothing to worry about, right from the pickup to drop. The cab, cab driver, cab drive (Read More)rs knowledge about sites, the hotels at Munnar, Thekkady and Houseboat at Allepey all were superb. They arranged our stay at Hotel Misty Mountain in Munnar, Hotel Peppervine in Thekkady and Private one bedroom houseboat in Allepey and all were just awesome. U must try their service once for any kind of travel plans. I am very much satisfied with their service as the price they had quoted was the best one and i am telling this coz i did a lot of research before finalizing my trip with Discovermytravel. What ever the hotels has been booked was very low in standard but at the time of booking and also at the time of confirmation i have been assured for deluxe room but no where i have got the room in st (Read More)andard.What ever the food provided to us is very low standard and not of the standard.All the rooms provided to us was 10-15 KM away from city.Whatever the vehicle provided o us has charged extra 2000 after dropping us to Srinagar airport.
When i have reached to pehelgaon,i have waited 1 hours to get hotel information as what ever hotel has been booked by Discovermytravel was closed and after that i have called Mr Rishi then he has arranged it.
But i appreciate the Hotel Paradise in Pehelgaon about their services and food was very good i can recommend that Hotel and their peoples and their services i liked and also i thank Mr Malik Owner of Hotel Paradise.
secdl i give very poor grade to the hotel booked for us at srinagar that is Hotel Royal Jannat was very poor in standard and also in food quality was very bad.No TV,NO towels in room no hot water in Toilet,etc.
Secondly i can appreciate the driver of my vehicle provided was very nice man.Mr Kuldeep was the driver and i thank Mr Kuldeep for his support while our complete tour.
I dislike the man to whom Discovermytravel has been authorized at Katra/Jammu for any of my inconvenience,that man has harrased us a lot and even though never picked the phone.
By nature i also thank Mr Rishi that he has supported us onpnetitwas unrtunate whatever he has booked us for theservicesssws not good.
Over all enjoyed but with dispointed.
Next time please suggest the travel who can be right on their commitment.

Dear Mr. Dubey , thanks for your feedback . first of all as you mentioned driver charges 2000 extra while the dropped you at Jammu , vehicle booked for you was indigo , on spot you told i need bigger (Read More)vehicle , on spot tavera vehicle provided to you and at that time only team told you up-gradation charges will be INR 2000 extra you agreed for same , thats why same has been charged . as you mentioned for hotels we have given you options you chose budgeted option as per your budget . so things will be according to that only.

Thanks for organising this trip. I do want to let you know the shortcomings and problems we faced.
Substandard hotels n accommodations were the main. As we asked for 3 to 4 star rated hotels , w (Read More)e found 3 of 5. 2 star only .
Travoncore grand hotel at kovalam beach not booked at all. We spoiled our whole evening which was to be enjoyed at beach, spent on road opposite stay . Harassed n totally losted.
Why this happened, we still wonder. Planned trip almost 4 months advance. Rubbish . Clients satisfaction not assured.

My package was inclusive of Car & hotel booking. Provided car was totally not upto the mark. 3rd Grade Car had provided by them for such long journey. Also driver doesn't have proper knowledge on the (Read More)site seeings also everytime he wants to go to destinations at the earliest without covering other locations. Due to his attitude have dropped two locations which are in the package. DMT organized booking for accomodation at Hotel Shimla View which is totally in the forest. The approach road was totally scary and the location of hotel is completely isolated to the population. Hotel room doors were broken and not working properly. Any time doors will be opened whether we stay or not. Door Locks were completely damaged. All together DMT team especially, they have given more interest for price but they have not given the importance & interest of customer like us. They not even bother about our pros & cons. That much they are cautious & care full about customers.

I had stay at three locations. All Hotel / Home stay locations were clean. However, we will book 3 star Hotels next time. Anyways, we enjoyed the overall Trip plan.

1-Malabar Court hotel at Cochin booked for me was closed. I have to wait for other hotel booking. This resulted in wasting my full day.
2-Transport service was excellent.
3-The hotel at Munnar was (Read More)not up to standard.

5-House boat at Alleppey was very good. I enjoyed it.
