Trip to Turkey

Nothing, hopelessly bad experience. As per my booking I have booked family room but in the hotel I found only single room and when the agent was asked for this matter, he failed to respond the same. The agent deceited us by taking huge amount.

Based on the concern raised we would like to clarify that from the first quotation to the final quote it was clearly mentio (Read More)ned that 01 Triple room is included in your package and you paid for 01 Triple room only, on the other hand you kept insisting to upgrade the room to a suite room free of charge and not ready to pay the upgrade amount.

Since we have received the payment of package based on 01 Triple room we provided the same to you during the entire trip.

Hope we are able to clarify the concern in detail.

Trip to Malaysia

Nothing, they have zero customer sentiments sense or ownership they are just a ticket hotel booker which you can do with your credit card and maybe cheaper than what they did. On holiday they book only 20Kg luggage no meal no seat, it all has to be manage by you.
Extremely Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience The entire experience with this travel organizer was highly unprofessional. We were expected to manage everything ourselves, which completely defeats the purpose of booking through an agency. After we made the full payment, their responsiveness dropped significantly. Upon arrival in Malaysia, we had to wait for nearly an hour at the airport (Read More) for our cab. Additionally, we were forced to request and pay extra for an early check-in, which should have been properly arranged in advance. To make matters worse, on the evening of Day 1, despite heavy rain, we were still expected to proceed with the pre-planned city tour. As a result, we ended up just sitting inside a cab and “seeing” the city through the window. There wasn’t a single pleasant memory from the first day. On Day 2, we were strictly instructed to be on time, almost as if following a rigid timetable. However, when we reached the attraction, the tickets were not even booked. We had to wait for around 45 minutes (or possibly more) while they scrambled to arrange them. A WhatsApp group was created supposedly to make the journey smooth, but it was completely inactive and useless when we actually needed support. Overall, it was a complete waste of money. I’m honestly relieved I didn’t plan a more complex trip, like to Europe, with them — that would have been an absolute disaster.

The (Read More) package inclusions, as well as your itinerary and travel documents shared prior to departure, clearly specified a 20 kg baggage allowance. Regarding early check-in, we communicated in advance that this service is subject to hotel availability unless a guaranteed early check-in is purchased. As this was not included in your quotation, the hotel applied a direct charge for the request.

Regarding tour timings, a detailed service voucher with reporting times was provided before your departure. While we strive to accommodate modification requests made in advance, spontaneous changes during live operations are often not feasible for international tours. Additionally, please note that travel companies cannot control weather conditions; tours proceed according to local schedules unless authorities suspend operations.

We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, although all services were delivered in accordance with the confirmed itinerary and inclusions. We hope that your future international travels provide further insight into the standard functioning of global tour operations, hotel policies, and sightseeing schedules.

We looked through 5 agencies before settling on D organizers for our Turkey trip. Initially we were sceptical due to the reviews, but we were glad to have booked with them. The trip was well organised with 2 days in each city of which one day was a full day guided tour and the second day was given free for self exploration . This allowed choice for my parents to rest on the second day since they w (Read More)ere approaching their 60s . I would especially like to thank Bhargav who maintained good contact and communication with us throughout the whole trip from the beginning to the end from the visa process till we reached back home after the trip. I also feel that their rates are economical and budget friendly compared to the other agencies we first spoke to.
One of our transport vehicles from the airport to hotel during the trip in Istanbul was filled with the smell of cigarettes . One of the vehicles had an airconditioner problem in pamukkale though the driver was a sweet person.
