I have recently taken a trip to Sri Lanka with DDH hospitalipty with Julie
I have never had a worse experience with an agency like I did with them
They had no knowledge about the ground reality of any (Read More) place , the itinerary was horrible and not at all catered to our needs.
They did not even provide any basic amenities which are generally provided.
They took money from us for rides which have been closed and are now not responding to refund despite repeated calls and messages.
The hotels they booked were basic rooms, which one can do by themselves.
The amount they charge is very high for the very poor service they provide, very disappointed will never be trusting or recommending them to anybody.
